Original Scripts

Over on the Unproduced Scripts page we have thirteen original scripts for your reading pleasure. There are a big slug of shorts (which I tend to lean toward when highlighting a script as I can knock out a few in an evening). One of those shorts is Nick’s The Darkning (no, not a typo, it is “darkning”). - Based on an original short story, THE DARKNING finds a detective interviewing a young girl about the disappearance of her boyfriend. But a strange occurrence described as “the opposite of lighning” may give the detective something else to write about in his report. It is a short 12 pages in pdf format and a very clean read with a nice twist at the end.

The Darkning and twelve other original works can be found on the Unproduced Scripts page.

Special shout out to Cindy. Her work Damn Yankees took 6th place in the American Gem Short Screenplay Contest. Not bad out of 1,200 entries. - Don
