Hot Tub Time Machine script and others - post author admin

Thanks to The Script Collector, you can read a very, very, very early draft of Hot Tub Time Machine. This early draft is screamingly different from the final product. A good read, nonetheless.

Thanks to Wes for the heads up that The Warriors Movie Site is back from the dead and you can again read Walter Hill’s June 20, 1978 draft of the script Warriors.

The Screenplay Database has a three-fer for you. You can read She’s Out of My League, While She Was Out and Valentine’s Day (and I’m sure a ton of other scripts.

Thank you Karl for pointing out that Matthew Dressel’s The Sandwich Days should now be featured in the Movie Scripts section of the site. It is now there to read and enjoy.

In other news, half of the writing team of Robotard8000 has, true to his word, taken down his latest script Die Screaming. If anyone has a script review, please let me know, I’d like to post a link or host the review. I’d write my own script review, but I’m puttnig the finishing touches on my masterpiece, Cease to live whilst uttering a long, loud piercing cry.

Find these scripts (sans Die Screaming) over on the Movie Scripts page. – Don

Tim Talbott’s (Robotard8000) Die Screaming script up for one day - post author admin

Tim Talbott has posted his latest script online.

Tim Talbott, along with Malcolm Spellman, wrote (as The Robotard 8000) Balls Out which made the 2009 Black List.

Tim has posted on his site The Robotard 8000 his latest script, Die Screaming (pdf format).

Tim writes,

“I recently wrote this thing.
But no one cares.
So I’m gonna post it here for sh*ts and giggles.
For one day.
One day only.”

Man, what a cry for help.

Yes, I know I’m only giving in to his desperate cry for attention. But I thought, “what if I read the next morning that he’s found sitting in his closet, naked from the waist down with his mouse cord wrapped around his neck.”

Like you, I’d think, “I could have done something to prevent that.” Or, “Man, he really should have researched the finer points of auto-erotic asphyxiation…”

Now that I have done everything humanly possible in my power to prevent the aforementioned from happening, I’m going finish reading Die Screaming. – Don

Chaos and Timber Falls scripts - post author admin

Big thanks to Writer/Director Tony Giglio for these script donations.

We have the March 15, 2004 shooting script of Chaos (pdf format) which starred Jason Statham, Wesley Snipes and Ryan Phillippe.

Two cops, a rookie and a grizzled vet, pursue an accomplished bank robber..

Tony writes, “[The] Chaos [shooting script] is pretty close to the final product.”

We also have, the September 17, 2006 shooting script of Timber Falls (pdf format) by Daniel Kay (revised by Tony Giglio).

A weekend of camping in the mountains becomes an excursion into hell for a young couple, who become pawns in a grotesque plot hatched by deranged locals.

Of this, Tony writes, “TIMBER FALLS is too [pretty close to the final product] except the very last scene is completely different. We ran out of time in Romania to shoot the ending the way I wanted. The ending that made the film was shot in LA (and not very good). But now, if anyone cares, they can see what we were actually going for.”

There is a video of a Q&A from screamfest where Tony talks about Timber Falls.

Check out Tony’s IMDB creds and his website, The War Room.

You can find these and other movie scripts on the Movie Scripts page.
