March Movie Poet winners - post author Don


MoviePoet.com announces the winners of the March2010 short script competition. “It’s Alive”. Bring a cadaver, a dead animal, or even an inanimate object to life. No Zombies.

A murdered supermodel is granted three wishes by an angel: one last day in the world of the living, a submachine gun, and the skill to use it.

“An Amasser” by Paul De Vrijer ~ Third Place
A chaotic professor unwillingly reveals his invention at a crowded gala, then has to stop it before it murders everyone.

Each month, Movie Poet runs a free online five page screenplay contest. On the first of each month a new contest is announced. During that month, you can enter your script. During the next month, you can read, vote, and comment on all the entries. Finally, during the third month, the results are announced.
