MTV's Undressed "Jamie & Stanson" 'Part: 1 of 3' Storyline By: Alex Burchfield Jamie and her roommate Dawn look out the window of the airport, Dawn, just there; Jamie is eagerly awaiting arrival of someone. JAMIE: Oh! I think that's his plane! DAWN: Yeah, so is that other one, (points at a different one) or maybe that one! (points at another one) Even that one! JAMIE: Shut up Dawn, I'm just really excited. I haven't seen Stanson for, like, ever! DAWN: Well, I'm just glad I finally get to meet the infamous Stanson. JAMIE: We've been friends sense the second grade. DAWN: I know. JAMIE: And when high school ended, he decided to take a year off... DAWN: I know. JAMIE: And when I started the school year, he had to go on a road trip with his friends... DAWN (a little bit frustrated): I know. JAMIE: And he's FINALLY here! DAWN (now, just plain frustrated): Jamie, I know! You started college; he went on a road trip, now he's finally here. JAMIE: I'm sorry, but it's been so long. P.A. Announcer: Flight one sixteen has arrived. JAMIE: He's here! They walk over to the gate, and watch the many people pour off the plane, a guy walks off, and up to Jamie, Jamie ignores him and continues to look for Stanson. Guy(Stanson): ... Jamie? Jamie looks at the guy, and actually recognizes him, she has a surprised look, so would any other girl who saw her best friend for the first time in a long time and finding them attractive. JAMIE: Stanson!? Cut to Next Storyline -- Resume Storyline Jamie wraps her arms around Stanson. JAMIE: Stanson! STANSON: Hey! Where you been my whole life? JAMIE: Gettin myself a ejumacation! STANSON: Yeah? Well, your language grade must be the best. JAMIE: You bet. Stanson notices Dawn. STANSON: Who's this? JAMIE: Oh, Stanson, this is Dawn, Dawn, this is Stanson. Dawn & Stanson shake hands. DAWN: Stanson, I've heard so much about you. STANSON: Really? I hope it's all been positive. DAWN: Trust me, its all positive. JAMIE: Well, lets get to the dorm, we haven't talked sense last summer, I wanna hear all about your trip. STANSON: Alright. The three walk off screen. Cut to next storyline -- Resume storyline Jamie, Stanson, & Dawn all sit in the lounge. They are all laughing, perhaps at an amusing anecdote Stanson just told. STANSON: And Johnny just about freaked out! JAMIE: I can't believe you guys did that to him! STANSON: He was so mad at us for the rest of the trip. Dawn looks a little bit left out. JAMIE: Where is he? STANSON: I don't know, last time I saw him, he was in the hotel room, right before I left. Jamie looks over at Dawn and notices how she looks. JAMIE: Dawn, why don't you go to the dorm, and I'll be there in just a minute. DAWN: Ok. (To Stanson) It was nice meeting you Stanson. STANSON: Same here. Dawn gets up and walks away. JAMIE: There is soo much I wanna tell you! STANSON: Me too. JAMIE: But I need to go talk to Dawn, I think she feels a little left out. STANSON: Okay, I'm gonna go see Frank and Owen. JAMIE: Alright, we'll talk tomorrow? STANSON: Of course. Dawn & Jamie's Dorm:: Dawn sits on her bed reading some teen magazine. Jamie bursts in. JAMIE: Dawn! DAWN: Jamie, what? JAMIE: Stanson.. He's-He's... DAWN: What? JAMIE: He's... Hot! Cut to Next Storyline -- Resume Storyline DAWN: What?! JAMIE: I don't know. Jamie walks over to her bed. JAMIE: Maybe it's just, we haven't seen each other for so long. DAWN: That's probably it, because from what I've heard, you two are just the best of friends, friends, not the intimate type of friends. JAMIE: Well, maybe not, because I remember a time in the eighth grade, when we kissed. DAWN: You kissed? JAMIE: Yeah, and it was great! But it was awkward, because we were such great friends. There is a knock on the door. Jamie answers it, and it is Stanson. JAMIE: Stanson! STANSON: Hey. He reveals a wrapped gift from behind his back. Cut to Next Storyline -- Resume Storyline JAMIE(Takes the gift): What's this? STANSON: Open it. Jamie unwraps the gift to expose a jewelry box, she opens it, and it is a "BFF"(best friends forever) Necklace (the other half of one). Jamie gasps. JAMIE: Where did you find this?! She hugs him. STANSON: Well we stopped in San Jose on the trip. JAMIE: You searched all over the house for this? STANSON: Of course, I can't stand to see you with out yours (he pulls his shirt down to show the counterpart "BFF" Necklace). Jamie shows the necklace to Dawn. JAMIE: In sixth grade, we bought Best Friends Forever necklaces, and I lost mine in tenth grade, we could never find it, because we had to move to another part of the city. We never found it. STANSON: So I made Johnny stop in San Jose, I talked the new owner of the house into letting me look around, and low and behold, behind the waterbed, was her necklace. DAWN: How cute! JAMIE: Isn't he so sweet! DAWN: Totally! JAMIE: I'm gonna go try it on. Jamie runs out of the room to the bathroom. Stanson makes sure she's gone and quickly walks over to Dawn. STANSON: Dawn, I know you and I only just met, but I need to tell someone. DAWN: What? STANSON: I think I'm attracted to Jamie. DAWN: What?! Cut to Next Storyline -- Resume Storyline STANSON: I know it sounds weird, but I really think I am. Maybe it's because we haven't seen each other in so long, but I find her really hot! DAWN (Under her breath): Why do I get stuck in the middle of these things. STANSON: What? DAWN: Nothing. So you find her attractive? STANSON: Yeah. DAWN: Do you love her? STANSON: I don't know, that's the problem, I don't wanna act on this feeling and mess up our friendship unless it's more than just a simple attraction. DAWN: Ok... STANSON: But we've been best friends sense - DAWN: The second grade, I know. STANSON: Maybe all that time, we were actually more than friends, and we just didn't know it. DAWN: Are you sure? STANSON: I don't know! But don't tell her. Jamie walks in, modeling her necklace. JAMIE: How do I look? STANSON: Great! Stanson and Dawn flash a look at each other.
