EXT. OUTSIDE TRAVIS COUNTY - DAY
On a lonely highway, a white Truck with a camper shell drives across it being 
pursued by a red jeep.
CUT TO:
INT. WHITE TRUCK - DAY
JAKE FITZGERALD drives, next to him is KIM MANNING, people talk in the camper 
shell behind. EDDIE GONZALES talks to NICOLE SUMMERS. They drive on.
CUT TO:
INT. RED JEEP - DAY
RICK MORGAN drives, CHRIS BARRICOP makes out with his girl JESSICA LYNN.
RICK
Keep yourself busy huh? 
BACK TO:
INT. WHITE TRUCK - DAY
Kim talks to Jake.
KIM
I told you Cancun was a good place to
Go.
JAKE 
I never objected, it was Eddie.
EDDIE
(laughing)
What?
JAKE
You objected to go to Cancun.
EDDIE 
No I didn t.
JAKE
Yes you did?
KIM
I thought it was Jake.
EDDIE

BAM! The tires blow out.
JAKE

BACK TO:
INT. RED JEEP - DAY
RICK
Why are they 
BAM! They re tires blow out.
RICK
Oh fuck!
HE spins the wheel and the jeep comes to a stop.
CHRIS
What the fuck.
RICK
Fuck our tires are gone.
Rick jumps out of the jeep.
CUT TO:
EXT. DESOLATE HIGHWAY - DAY 
As Rick runs to Jake as he looks at his tires.
RICK
What happened.
JAKE
Fucking barbwire.
RICK
What?
JAKE
Yeah, some idiot left some barbwire in the
Road.
RICK
Oh shit!
HE runs to his tires, barbwire is tangled in his two front tires.
CHRIS
What s wrong?
RICK
Barbwire in my tire.
CHRIS
What!
JESSICA
What s wrong?
CHRIS
We re fucked.
Rick runs to Jake, Nicole, Kim and Eddie.
RICK
What do we do?
JAKE
I have no Idea.
EDDIE 
You think there s a house nearby?
JAKE
Could be.
EDDIE
I say we go look for one.
RICK
Yeah and leave the cars.
EDDIE
Well, of us will go and some of us will
Stay.
JAKE 
Well lets organize.
Chris and Jessica run up.
CHRIS
What re we doing?
JAKE
Well since we re in the middle of nowhere,
Eddie say we should go look for a house over
There.
Jake points to a long range of trees.
JAKE
(cont d)
And then some will stay here.
CHRIS
Who goes.
RICK
I wanna stay with my jeep.
JAKE
And me with my truck.
NICOLE
I ll go.
EDDIE 
So will I.
KIM
I wanna stay.
RICK
Chris you wanna leave Jess?
CHRIS
Fine will go.
JESSICA
Chris?
CHRIS
It ll be fine, we ll get lost in the 
Woods and you know.
JESSICA 
Oh.
JAKE
So, Eddie, Nicole, Chris and Jess, will
Go.
RICK
Fine better get a move on.
EDDIE

They walk off.
JAKE
What do we do in the meantime?
CUT TO:
EXT. DESOLATE HIGHWAY - DUSK
Kim lays top-less on the top of the truck, Jake sits in the car listening to the 
radio. Rick studies his tires.
RICK 
Fuck.
CUT TO:
EXT. WOODS - DUSK
As Chris, Jessica, Nicole and Eddie walk, Jessica in Chris s arms and Nicole and 
Eddie just walk.
EDDIE 
Man, there is no house.
CHRIS
Wait!
HE sees a big white house in the distance.
NICOLE
Oh yes.
Eddie runs to it but then stop, the house is in a middle of a field, KIND OF 
ERRIE.
EDDIE
Should we go?
Cars surround then as if a car yard.
CHRIS 
It s fine.
EDDIE
Fine, me and Nicole will go, you too stay 
Here and 
Chris and Jessica are already sitting on an old truck and kissing.
EDDIE
(cont d)
Yeah.
NICOLE 
Should we go?
EDDIE
ME and you will just go up to the door and
Ask if we can call a tow truck and leave.
NICOLE 
Fine but lets go, I m hungry.
EDDIE
Like always.
They start to walk off.
EDDIE
Yeah, smooch it up there skippy.
CHRIS
Don t worry we will.
They began kissing again.
CUT TO:
ANGLE ON EDDIE AND NICOLE.
As they walk.
EDDIE
Hope they have a phone.
NICOLE
Yeah, otherwise we came out here for
Nothing.
CUT TO:
EXT. HOUSE PORCH - DUSK
Nicole knocks.
NICOLE
Hello?
No answer.
NICOLE
Out car broke down we need a phone, Hello?
EDDIE 
Hello?
MAN 
What do you want.
Nicole jumps and Eddie turns revealing OLD MONTY an old legless man in a wheel 
chair.
Eddie walks to him.
EDDIE
Hey, our car broke down and we need a 
Phone.
OLD MONTY
I wasn t talking to you boy.
He stomps his cane down at Eddie s feet.
OLD MONTY
I was talking to the pretty little lady.
NICOLE 
Well , what he said.
OLD MONTY
You want to come inside and use the phone?
NICOLE
Sure.
OLD MONTY
Well lets go inside.
Old Monty looks at Eddie, his face is twisted with hate.
OLD MONTY
You stay here, Spic!
EDDIE
You motherf 
Nicole gives him a look.
EDDIE
Okay, whatever.
Old Monty and Nicole walk into the house, Eddie sits on the steps.
CUT TO:
INT. HOUSE - DUSK
They house is just like any normal house, but something catches Nicole s eye, A 
BIG SLIDING DOOR. 
OLD MONTY
The phones in here.
He points to a room.
NICOLE
Thanks
She walks in a dials and Old Monty observes.
CUT TO:
EXT. OUTSIDE HOUSE - DUSK 
Eddie sits.
Ssshhh. A noise is heard from the side of the house, Eddie leaves the steps to 
investigate.
VOICE
Help me.
Eddie walks to an open vent in the ground, he bends down.
EDDIE
Hello?
VOICE
Please help me.
EDDIE
Where are you.
Suddenly without warning a man appears behind Eddie, a big, tall man. He holds 
an axe, it comes down fiercely and strong into Eddie s back. He collapses to the 
floor and starts convulsing. The man picks up Eddie and throws him over his 
shoulder.
CUT TO:
INT. HOUSE - DUSK
As Nicole talks on the phone.
NICOLE
Okay, we ll be there, a huh, Bye.
She hangs up.
OLD MONTY
Everything okay.
NICOLE
Yeah, thanks.
OLD MONTY
You welcome.
Nicole starts to leave.
OLD MONTY
Come back if you need anything else
(under his breath)
Slut.
CUT TO:
EXT. HOUSE PORCH - DUSK
Nicole walks out, she looks NO EDDIE!
NICOLE
Eddie?
No answer, birds chirp.
NICOLE
Eddie, stop fucking around.
She hears the screen door open.
NICOLE
(thinking its OLD MONTY)
What do you want now?
She turns revealing LEATHERFACE, he skim mask has seem to have decayed.
NICOLE
Oh my god!
Leather holds up a sledgehammer, and hits Nicole with great force. She collapses 
to the ground, Leather stares at her. Old Monty rolls out.
OLD MONTY
Did ya get  er 
Leather nods.
OLD MONTY 
Good, now take her into the house.
Leather grabs Nicole by her ankles, she begins to regain consciousness. She 
screams.
CUT TO:
INT. HOUSE - DUSK
Leather gets her in the house, she still screams, get her to the big sliding 
door. He lets go, she starts to squirm away. Leather gets the door open then 
gabs her by her ankles, drags her into the room and shuts the door, HARD!
CUT TO:
EXT. CAR JUNKYARD - DUSK
Were Chris and Jessica kiss, suddenly she pulls away.
JESSICA
Did you hear that?
CHRIS
Hear what?
He leans in, she backs away.
JESSICA
You think Eddie and Nicole are Okay?
CHRIS
They re fine.
He leans in, she does not refuse this time, they began making out.
CUT TO:
INT. TORTURE ROOM - DUSK
Leather slams Nicole down and a table covered in dry blood, she looks around I 
panic. Eddie hangs on a meat hook, his head down, and blood dripping from his 
mouth. He is definitely dead. She start to squirm of the table, Leather notices. 
He holds a ten inch nail puts on Nicole s leg and hammer it in. She scream with 
horrible pain.
NICOLE
SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!
Leather starts up the chainsaw, she scream more.
He brings it down by her neck. 
ANGLE ON LEATHER
As Nicole s scream fade and blood sprays on Leathers mask, then we hear a big 
lump hit the ground. Leather smiles, his teeth horribly twisted and tarter 
covered.
CUT TO:
EXT. DESOLATE HIGHWAY - DUSK
Jake still listens to the radio, Kim and Ricky talk.
JAKE
They ve been gone for three hours.
RICK
They re fine, maybe just a little lost
But fine.
JAKE
Just a little? Three hours.
KIM
Maybe we should look for them.
RICK
We ll give  em about another hour, if
They re not back by dark, we ll go look
For them.
JAKE
How will we look for them in the dark?
RICK
We have flashlights.
JAKE
Yeah, one.
RICK
Who cares, in one hour we ll go for them 
Okay?
JAKE
Whatever.
HE turns the radio up louder.
CUT TO:
EXT. CAR JUNKYARD - DUSK
Chris and Jessica kiss passionately, Jessica pulls away.
JESSICA
Maybe we should go for them.
CHRIS
We re fine, they re fine, its all fine.
JESSICA 
But I m worried.
CHRIS
About what? That maybe they are having a
Cup of tea with some country folk.
JESSICA
Sure they are, when has that ever happened.
CHRIS
Nicole s an attractive girl, she gets 
Around.
JESSICA
What are you saying?
CHRIS
Nothing.
JESSICA
That she s a slut.
CHRIS
No, now come on lets forget our problems
And kiss.
Jessica backs away.
CHRIS
What!
JESSICA
You called my best friend a slut.
CHRIS
No I said she get around.
JESSICA
Meaning she s a 
Ssshhhh. Bushes rattle.
JESSICA
Chris, I think someone s watching us.
CHRIS
Me too.
JESSICA
Go check it out.
CHRIS

JESSICA
Just go, for me.
Chris get up and walks to the bushes, he turns to Jessica with a worried look 
and his face. She looks at him, impatient. She swallows hard and quickly spreads 
the bushes. Revealing a rat, he sighs with relieve.
CHRIS
SO there is nobody watching us.
Suddenly LEATHER appears behind him, Jessica face twists and points. Chris turns 
around, Leather stand tall to Chris, he hold up his ax.
CHRIS
What the fuck?
Before Chris can run the ax comes down in to Chris face, it digs in about four 
inches. He turns around the ax sticking out.
JESSICA 
Oh shit.
Chris collapses.
JESSICA
OH SHIT!
She begins to run, Leather pulls the ax out of Chris s face and begins to run 
after her.
CUT TO:
EXT. WOODS - DUSK
Jessica runs fast through the woods, trees scrapping her.
JESSICA
Oh my god, oh my god!
She stops and turns, Leather is hot on her trail.
JESSICA
Oh my god!
She begins to run again. BAM! She feels a great amount of pain in her leg, she 
looks down. BEARTRAP! Leather reaches her.
JESSICA
Please god no.
ANGLE ON LEATHER
As he holds the ax an brings down with power,
the ax comes down again and again and again. 
CUT TO:
EXT. DESOLATE HIGHWAY - NIGHT
Jake walks around shining the flashlight in the woods. Rick and Kim stand behind 
him.
JAKE
Chris! Jess!
No answer, crickets chirp.
RICK
Eddie! Nicole!
KIM
Where are they?
JAKE
I have no idea.
RICK
Should we go look.
JAKE
Look? Its like fucking pitch black.
RICK
You gotta light.
JAKE
So.
KIM
We should try.
JAKE
What if we get lost like them.
RICK
We have a big advantage, Flashlight?
JAKE
So, this thing has low batteries.
KIM
We still need to try.
JAKE
Okay Fine, but if we get lost its your
Fault.
RICK
Whatever, lets go before it gets darker.
JAKE
I don t think it can.
They all begin to venture into the dark woods, Jake walks in front. Trees block 
paths, it seems like a long stretch of nothing.
CUT TO:
EXT. WOODS - NIGHT
The what is left of the group moves past the trees.
JAKE
It s been at least an hour.
RICK
We re bound to fine something in this, god
Forsaken shit hole.
KIM
They must have.
JAKE
Wait 
Jake points, there is the same house, inside its alive with light.
JAKE
Thank god.
RICK
Should we go.
JAKE
No, lets stay and admire it.
Jake begins walking towards it.
RICK
Asshole.
Him and Kim begin walking to the house, right behind Jake.
CUT TO:
EXT. OUTSIDE HOUSE - NIGHT
Jake begins to bolt up the steps.
RICK
Wait.
JAKE
What?
RICK
Don t you hear that.
JAKE
Hear what?
RICK
Sounds like power tools.
KIM
For where?
RICK
The side of the house.
Rick begins to walk there, Jake jumps down the stairs and follows. Rick reaches 
a window alive with light and sounds of power tools.
RICK
Somebody give me a boost I cant see.
Jake walks to him and lifts him up.
POV of RICKY
It is the torture room, Chris s limp body lays on the table, Leather get his arm 
off, his legs are already gone. Eddie, what s left of Nicole and Jessica hang on 
meat hooks.
RICK
Oh shit!
He begin to shake off Jake s hand.
JAKE
Stop moving.
RICK
Let me down.
Jake lets go and Rick falls to the ground.
RICK
Oh shit.
JAKE
What d you see.
RICK
They re all dead, all of them.
KIM
Who?
RICK
Chris, Eddie, all of them.
JAKE
Are you joking?
RICK
Does it sound look like I m joking.
JAKE
Well lets get the fuck outta here.
Rick still lays.
JAKE
Lets go motherfucker!
CUT TO:
INT. TORTURE ROOM - NIGHT
Leather kills the chainsaw, he turns towards to window. He hears the commotion, 
an evil grim smirks over his face.
CUT TO:
EXT. OUTSIDE HOUSE - NIGHT
Jake helps Rick up and they all begin to book, they room past the house. BOOM! 
The door swings open, Leather holds the chainsaw, it revs. He sees them he 
begins to run after them.
JAKE
Holy shit, that big fucker s coming for us.
KIM
Oh shit!
They still run, finally Jake and Rick make a split second decision they stop. 
Kim stops in shock.
KIM
What are you guys doing.
JAKE
Get to the cars Kim, tell the cops about 
This place. Tell them about our friends, 
How their dead. Get these sick bastards 
To jail.
KIM
What!
RICK
Just go!
Leathers runs at Rick, chainsaw swinging. Rick ducks and charges him in the 
stomach, Jake runs at him, hitting him several times in the face. Leather throws 
Rick down, he holds the chainsaw up in front of Rick. Jake jumps on his back and 
beats his head.
Leather yells with pain, he flips Jake over his back. Rick get up and socks 
Leather in the face,
Rick grabs his hand with pain. Kim runs to a nearby tree and watches.
Leather hits Rick with great force, knocking him to the ground. Jake picks up 
his flashlight and tries to smack Leather with it. Leather grabs to flashlight 
and brings it back to Jake s face knocking him down. Leather grabs Rick holds 
him up and begins to stab him with one of his knife from his tool belt. Leathers 
tight grip around Rick s mouth, each time the knife came down into Rick s 
stomach, and grunt would some out his mouth. Blood seeped from the cracks of 
Leathers fingers, Rick was dead, at least ten stabs in the stomach. Leather 
throw Rick s dead body down, Jake begins to regain consciousness but not for 
long. Leather kneels down at Jake and hits him with a nice big rock. Leather 
grabs Jake and puts him over his shoulder and begins to walk away. Kim watches 
in shock, she knows what to do, she begins to run back to the cars.
CUT TO:
EXT. WOODS - NIGHT
Kim runs for her life knocking away bushes left and right, still they cut her 
back and face. She is exhausted, finally she reaches the road. Headlights come 
toward her, she begins to wave.
KIM
Help me!
The car comes to a sudden stop, it is a POLICE CAR. A tall man walks out and 
runs to Kim.
POLICE OFFICER
Are you okay?
KIM
(sobbing)
They re dead.
POLICE OFFICER
Come down now, who is dead.
KIM
(sobbing)
All of them, Rick, Jake.
She begins to cry.
POLICE OFFICER
Oh shit, well I m Sheriff Hoyt ma am we
Need to take you some where is get some 
Help.
He helps her back to the car, he opens the front door and slams it he gets back 
to the driver side closes his door and they drive off.
SHERIFF HOYT
Were those your cars.
KIM
(quietly)
Yes.
SHERIFF HOYT
So where are your friends.
KIM
Dead.
SHERIFF HOYT
What do you mean dead.
KIM
HE killed them all.
SHERIFF HOYT
Who?
KIM
Some motherfucker in a mask.
SHERIFF HOYT
Oh you don t mean Tom Hewitt do you, he d
Never hurt a fly.
KIM
Who s Tom Hewitt?
SHERIFF HOYT
Just and old friend of mine, hey I got any 
Idea why don t we go ask him about this mess
I m sure he can straighten it all out.
The car makes a sharp turn towards to woods, the car plows through them.
KIM
No, this is the way to him.
SHERIFF HOYT
Just sit back and wait.
He pulls out his club.
KIM
No 
BAM! Sheriff Hoyt hits her good she leans down, knocked out clean.
CUT TO:
INT. HOUSE - NIGHT
Kim s eyes flicker awake, Sheriff Hoyt stands over her. She screams.
SHERIFF HOYT
Ah, you ve been quite for 4 hours now,
Why start whining.
OLD MONTY
Damn kids never learn.
Sheriff Hoyt strokes her face.
SHERIFF HOYT
It s okay sugar pie, your friends were mighty
Taste. Especially that one Latino feller,
He was succulent.
KIM
Oh god Eddie.
OLD MONTY
Thomas!
Leather appears out of the Torture Room door.
OLD MONTY
Take her the basement.
SHERIFF HOYT
Ah Pa, I wanted to play with her.
OLD MONTY
Later, take her.
KIM
What s wrong with you fucked up people.
SHERIFF HOYT
There s nothing wrong with us, we just like
To have fun.
KIM
This isn t real.
SHERIFF HOYT
Oh it is, it is.
Leather picks her up, and begin walking off with her.
KIM
No! No!
SHERIFF HOYT
See you soon.
CUT TO:
INT. BASEMENT - NIGHT
The door swings open, Leather still holds Kim he throws her down the stairs. She 
bounces of the steps before finally reaching the floor. BAM! Leather slams the 
door. Kim get up and looks around, meat hooks hang on the sealing. A furnace sit 
by a bathtub, Kim walks to it. She notice lots of bloody tools around. As she 
walks she hit s a pair of legs dangling, she looks up. Chris hangs, one arm gone 
and both legs, the nubs are wrapped.
KIM
Oh my god Chris!
She looks back to the bathtub, She notices a figure in it. She walks to it, Jake 
lays in it. The water is red, Jake sit up, eyes closed. Kim leans to him.
KIM
(quietly)
Jake? Jake we have to go.
He says nothing.
KIM
Jake?
JAKE
Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Jake jumps out of the water slashing it all over Kim, she try to comfort him.
JAKE
No! No! Get off of me!
KIM
Its Kim, Jake its Kim.
Jake calms down.
KIM
Jake we have to get out of here.
She begins to help him up, he is very weak. She gets him to his feet. BAM! The 
basement door opens, the chainsaw revs, Leather jolts down the stairs. 
KIM
Oh god! Jake lets go.
JAKE
No you go.
KIM
Your coming.
JAKE
I ll distract him.
KIM
No, I m not leaving you.
JAKE
Go, just keep my up.
Leather stand in front of them, he stares.
JAKE
Run Kim.
She doesn t react.
JAKE
Run!
She hears him, Kim takes a step. Leather watches her.
JAKE
No me motherfucker.
Leather turns towards him.
JAKE
Yeah me.
Kim goes for it bursting out the door past Old Monty and Sheriff Hoyt.
OLD MONTY
Dumb kid let her get away.
SHERIFF HOYT
I ll get her Pa.
Sheriff Hoyt bursts out the door.
CUT BACK TO:
INT. BASEMENT - NIGHT 
Jake and Leather keeping staring, Jake hands get a hold of a hook. Leather 
begins walking towards him, Jake swings to meat hook, it digs into Leather arm.
He screams with pain, Jake swings at him, getting him in the face. Leather backs 
up, Jake runs at him knocking him back. Jake tries to run past him, Leather 
grabs Jake s ankle bringing him hard on the ground, smacking his face on the 
cement. Blood pours out of his mouth, Leather picks him up. Jake fiddles around, 
Leather sticks him on a meat hook, Jake scream with pain. Leather brings to 
chainsaw saw across Jake s stomach, gutting him. Blood pours out of Jake s mouth 
and his eyes close, he is dead.
Leather runs to the stairs as Jake hangs on the meat hook, he legs dangling.
CUT TO:
EXT. WOODS - NIGHT 
Kim runs her fastest through the woods, Sheriff Hoyt is hot on her trail. BAM! 
He fires his gun, missing Kim by an inch. BAM! HE fires again missing. Kim spots 
the road.
KIM
Thank god.
BAM! He fires again hitting Kim in the leg, she falls to the ground. Sheriff 
Hoyt catches up.
KIMS POV ON HOYT 
SHERIFF HOYT
You gave me a run girl, glad it ended.
KIM
Please.
SHERIFF HOYT
Like I said, we just like to have some
Fun.
Sheriff Hoyt raises his club and brings it down fast on HARD!
