MICHAEL VS JASON A Screenplay by Chris Halvorson Based on Characters Created by John Carpenter, Debra Hill, Victor Miller, and Ron Kurz INTRODUCTION (Fade in. We see the New Line Cinema FILMS logo. Blood then appears on the screen and forms the following: "So frowned the mighty combatants that Hell grew darker at their frown; so matched they stood; for never but once more was wither like to meet so great a foe. See, with what heat these dogs of Hell Advance to waste and havoc yonder world…" - Milton, Paradise Lost) (We see words appear on screen) (TITLE: NOVEMBER 1ST, 2002) CUT TO: HALLOWEEN: RESSURECTION CLIP INT. MORGUE We see a door burst open, and two guys bring in a body on a gurney to the girl there. ORDERLY: Hey, how's it going? CORONER: You gotta be kidding me. Another one? ORDERLY: It's your lucky night. You got a celebrity. CORONER: Ooh, let me get my autograph book. They put in on the slab. ORDERLY: I'm not kidding. It's Michael Myers. CORONER: What? They then start to leave. ORDERLY: Get me a copy of that autography book will ya? CORONER: Yeah, sure. ORDERLY (As Leaving): She cracks me up. The CORONER then unzips the bag and looks at the body of MICHAEL MYERS. His mask is charred and decayed and all the hair is gone. The CORONER then leans over him and his eyes pop open CUT TO: EXT. THE VOORHEES HOUSE, NIGHT. Rain pounds the surface and hits the dirt (angles on the ground), where the mask of Jason Voorhees lays untouched since THE FINAL FRIDAY. There is no other noise except the rains pounding, which is almost silent. LIGHTING crackles and the dirt begins to shift (The camera shifts to lay on the ground) and a hand bursts up out of the ground. It clenches then another arm climbs out and places itself, where it can grab a hold of the ground. With a single movement the ground bursts and Jason stands(like in THE FINAL FRIDAY) with his hockey mask on. (Camera zooms into Jason's faceto see his eyes, that search the area.) For only a moment, he stands and looks down at his chest, where the knife remains. He places his hand on it and pulls it out and tosses it to the ground and begins walking off. EXT. THE PRIVATE SCHOOL, NIGHT. Cops and people are everywhere. JOHN rushes over to LAURIE, who is sweating and exhausted. JOHN Are you, all right? LAURIE I've been better. You? JOHN I'm living...that's more then I can say for my friends. LAURIE Molly, you? MOLLY I'm okay, Ms. Tate. Just a little scared that's all. CUT TO THE PRIVATE SCHOOL HALLWAYS. Michael stands in the window watching as everything happens below; his face is covered in shadow since he's not wearing his mask. (The camera zooms in on his face and into his eye.) A FLASH. MICHAEL stabs WILL, Laurie's former boyfriend. FLASH. MICHAEL puts his mask and clothes on WILL. FLASH. He grabs another set of clothes, that are almost duplicates from before and gets dressed. (THE CAMERA pulls back from Michael's face and sets up for a wide shot.) MICHAEL turns and walks away down the empty hallway. CUT TO THE CROWD. MICHAEL moves through the crowd unnoticed. EXT. THE CRASH AREA. MICHAEL moves down to the body and removes the mask from what remains of the body. He places the mask back on and turns to the camera. (The camera zooms in on his deep black eyes and everything goes to darkness.) TITLECARD "JASON VS. MICHAEL" EXT. A ROAD, DAY. The road is small and there is little to nothing in sight. One lone truck drives by below. (The camera zooms in onto JOHN and MOLLY.) LAURIE (on the other line of John's cell phone). So what are you two planning on doing? JOHN Taking a boat out on the lake and watch the stars. LAURIE Where at? JOHN Camp Crystal Lake. LAURIE And this is? JOHN A peaceful campground out in the middle of nowhere, where Molly and I can relax...and hopefully get your brother out of our systems. LAURIE Well, you know my rules. JOHN No sex, no drugs, no beer...yea, yea...I know them by heart. LAURIE Don't break them. JOHNGot it...I'll see you soon, okay. LAURIE Wait...don't hang up... JOHN moves the phone closer to his ear. JOHN I'm here. LAURIE Keep in contact will you? JOHN I will. LAURIE And one last thing...enjoy it... because I want you both back in one piece. JOHN See you in a week. JOHN hangs up the phone and turns to MOLLY, who is watching the countryside. MOLLY It's beautiful isn't it? JOHN Very.(He smiles.) EXT. THE TRUCK passes the CRYSTAL LAKE sign, which reads: WELCOME TO CRYSTAL LAKE, population 200. EXT. THE TOWN OF CRYSTAL LAKE, DAY. The truck pulls to a stop at a small gas station. MOLLY This place is quite. JOHN and MOLLY look out the windows of the truck but see no one moving about the town. JOHN It's a small town, that's the way they are. MOLLY Not this quite. JOHN There's gotta be somebody. MOLLY So you wanna go searching...don't you? JOHN nods and climbs out the driver's side door. JOHN It's the only thing we can do. MOLLY climbs out behind him and joins JOHN at his side. CUT TO THE TRUCKBED, where the blue tarp has covered it over. Slowly part of the tarp rises and Michael's face appears. (The blue tarp is removed off screen.) CUT TO JOHN and MOLLY walking into the gas station. JOHN Hello. Anybody here? MOLLY Is there anybody here? JOHN turns and walks down an aisle, while MOLLY does the same. JOHN Hello.... anybody here? THE STATION is dead silent until... A NOISE is heard at the backdoor of the station. JOHN walks slowly to the front of the store with MOLLY rejoining him. MOLLY What's that? JOHN Don't know...just follow me. THE NOISE continues as they walk through the station until they reach the backdoor. MOLLY Is there anybody out there? NO ANSWER. JOHN turns to MOLLY. JOHN Stay back. JOHN puts his hand onto the doorknob and turns... THE DOOR SWINGS OPEN TO REVEAL NOTHING but an empty alleyway. JOHN turns back to assure MOLLY but... THE STATION WINDOW comes crashing in. MOLLY screams and JOHN pushes her out into the alleyway. JOHN turns back and grabs onto the door to look inside the station. In the distance, MICHAEL is moving toward JOHN and MOLLY slowly. JOHN slams the door shut. JOHN This is not good. MOLLY What? JOHN holds the door down and talks. JOHN When I say run...run. Got it? MOLLY nods. JOHN holds the door back until... THE DOOR starts to BOLT forward. JOHN puts his weight on the door trying to hold MICHAEL from getting out but... AFTER only a few hits the door opens and MICHAEL stands in the doorway. JOHN Run!!! JOHN and MOLLY take off running as fast as they can but MICHAEL is walking slowly behind him. The two cut down a alley and run into... STEVEN FREEMAN, who holds a shotgun in one hand. MOLLY screams. STEVEN Relax...I heard screaming. MOLLY Help us...please. STEVEN What were you attacked by? MOLLY nods. IN THE DISTANCE, MICHAEL'S shadow is cast on the wall. Slowly MICHAEL appears and STEVEN lifts his shotgun. STEVEN Yo (HE WHISTLES)... MICHAEL looks up and continues walking towards them. STEVEN fires six shots into MICHAEL knocking him back hard onto the ground. STEVEN Are you, okay? STEVEN turns back to JOHN and MOLLY. Neither answers instead they watch as... MICHAEL rises back up. MOLLY starts screaming. STEVENWhat? STEVEN turns with his shotgun ready to find MICHAEL on his feet slowly walking towards them. STEVEN But that's impossible I shot him...six times...six times... STEVEN fires again knocking MICHAEL back but MICHAEL continues toward them. JOHN and MOLLY take off running, while STEVEN continues to shoot MICHAEL until the shotgun is out of bullets and when it does he tosses it to the ground and starts running. INT. ALLEY, NIGHT. JOHN and MOLLY run through the opening back to the main street of Crystal Lake. MOLLY Where to now? JOHN The police station. JOHN catches sight of the truck but turns away from it and runs further into the town with MOLLY. CUT TO STEVEN, with MICHAEL right behind him. STEVEN runs as hard and as fast as he can but still MICHAEL remains behind him until he runs to the alley exit then MICHAEL is no longer behind him. STEVEN stops for a moment and glances around for any sign of MICHAEL but there is none. STEVEN catches his breath and listens, he can hear footsteps. He turns and looks around but there is NOTHING. He starts running towards the station until... MICHAEL steps out in front of him. MICHAEL tries to grab STEVEN but Steven ducks and continues running. EXT. THE STATION. JOHN and MOLLY stand at the front door trying to get it open but they can't. JOHN looks back to see STEVEN running towards them. CUT TO STEVEN, who is pulling out the police station keys as he runs. He reaches the door and puts a key in... But it's wrong. MICHAEL continues approaching in the distance. STEVEN pulls out another key and tries. WRONG, again. MICHAEL is almost to the door and... STEVEN gets the right key and opens the door. STEVEN Get in. NOW!! JOHN and MOLLY run in and STEVEN is behind them. Just as STEVEN gets in MICHAEL's hand gets through the door. STEVEN slams the door against it but MICHAEL won't move it. STEVEN slams it even harder and MICHAEL pulls his hand out and STEVEN slams the door shut. He locks it and pulls the bars across the inside of the door. MICHAEL stands in the door with a hard stare on STEVEN, MOLLY, and JOHN for only a couple of seconds then he walks away. INT. THE POLICE STATION, MAIN OFFICE. JOHN and MOLLY sit peacefully, sweating but alive. STEVEN is standing. The station is completely empty. The only people are the three survivors of MICHAEL's wrath. STEVEN Who are you people...and what was that? JOHN I'm John...this is Molly. STEVEN And that thing was? JOHN Michael Myers. STEVEN From the Haddonfield Murders. JOHN nods. STEVEN(cont'd)What's he gotta do with you? I mean, I thought he only went after that Strode girl. JOHN looks at MOLLY and back to STEVEN. JOHN It's a long story. First, I want to know who you are. STEVEN Name's Steven Freeman. MOLLY What's with this town? STEVEN What did you two just arrive here? JOHN What does it look like. STEVEN To make it short and simple it's...Friday the 13th. JOHN and MOLLY What? STEVEN Alright, you might wanna sit down. STEVEN walks over and turns on a nearby computer. STEVEN Well...in the beginning Crystal Lake was just your average small town. You know where you could bring your family or friends. But at Camp Crystal Lake... MOLLY That's where we were planning on going. STEVEN Mrs. Voorhees son supposedly drowned on Friday the 13th, while two counselors were making out and when she found out it drove her over the edge. Over the years, she would remain in her home where no one would ever hear from her, again, until around the 1980's on the anniversary of Jason's death. When a group of counselors decided to reopen Camp Crystal Lake she took her revenge and murdered almost every counselor except one girl...that managed to survive only by killing her. Here's where the story gets interesting...her son, Jason Voorhees returned and exacted murdered for his mother's death and remained in Crystal Lake continuing what his mother had started. MOLLY Jason drowned didn't he? STEVEN moves and grabs a file from a police officer's desk and hands it to JOHN. STEVEN Sadly, no...He's been around Crystal Lake for years, doing what he intended. JOHN opens the folder to reveal a drawing of JASON VOORHEES with his hockey mask. JOHN turns another page and finds a stack of homicide files. JOHN How many people has this guy killed? STEVEN A hundred or so, I believe. Mostly teenagers breaking the rules. JOHN Is he still around? STEVEN Don't know. I've been waiting seven years to find out. MOLLY So what happened to the town? STEVEN A hiker was murdered a week ago, up where Camp Crystal Lake used to be. After that, two cops were sent in and they didn't come out and most of the town figured Jason was back. For fear of attack they left. MOLLY They left for their own safety? JOHN Why are you still here then? STEVEN Unfinished business between Jason and myself. MOLLY What he do to you? STEVEN He killed everyone I knew and took my life away. I...we sent him to Hell but...he's back. MOLLY You don't know that. STEVEN Then explain the murders. JOHN and MOLLY look at one another. STEVEN You can't...that's why I'm going out there. I've gotta know. JOHN But Michael's out there. STEVEN I come prepared. INT. WEAPONS ROOM, THE POLICE STATION, NIGHT. STEVEN steps in and pulls down a shotgun from a shelf. JOHN comes in behind him. STEVEN Stay out of this. JOHN No...I can't, Michael is after me, not you. STEVENThen stop him. I'm going to check something out...you and your girlfriend are staying here. JOHN What do we do until then? STEVEN Take a shotgun and be ready for anything. JOHN takes a shotgun off the rack. STEVEN(cont'd) I'll be back shortly. STEVEN walks out of the room and down a corridor, that leads to a backdoor. JOHN stops and watches until STEVEN vanishes. EXT. THE BACK OF THE POLICE STATION, NIGHT. STEVEN steps out and shuts the door behind him. He glances and looks back and forth as he locks it. The alley is dead quiet and nothing is around but a shadow looms in the distance. STEVEN turns and starts walking towards his truck with his shotgun held at his side. In the distance, footsteps can be heard. STEVEN ignores them but remains aware and gets into his truck. As quick as he can he starts the truck and takes off. INT. THE POLICE STATION, MAIN OFFICE, NIGHT. MOLLY sits and waits. JOHN walks in and puts the shotgun down. MOLLY Where'd he go? JOHN Don't know but I think we're going to be here a while. EXT. A ROAD LEADING THROUGH A FOREST, NIGHT. STEVEN's truck speeds by barely edging the road. Within seconds, Steven stops the truck in front of the Voorhees house. He climbs out and looks it over. Not much has changed since the FINAL FRIDAY, the window is still open where Jason had came through. He looks around in every direction until he finds the knife that was in JASON's heart, on the ground. STEVENNo...this is not happening... STEVEN glances the knife over to make sure it's the true knife but he knows it is. He starts back toward the truck but inside the floorboards begin to CREAK. STEVEN turns back to look at the house and he freezes. He turns back to the truck and grabs his shotgun. Slowly, he starts approaching the house. Instead of going through the front door, he steps through the broken window. STEVEN Alright, whoever you are come out! NO ONE ANSWERS. He holds the knife in one hand and the shotgun in another. He moves through the house slowly until he reaches the dinning room and he stops. (The camera moves up to STEVEN's eye much like it did with MICHAEL.) FLASH. STEVEN getting pushed out the window by JASON, who stands his ground. FLASH. JESSICA jamming the knife(sword) into JASON's heart. FLASH. JASON getting pulled down into the ground. ANOTHER CREAK, that's LOUDER. STEVEN's mind returns to the moment (the camera pulls back to a wideshot). He continues walking until he reaches the closet, where he hid in THE FINAL FRIDAY. THE CREAKING comes from there. Slowly, he approaches and opens the door to reveal... NOTHING but the floorboards break below STEVEN and JASON's hands grab onto his legs causing him to fall towards the floor, his keys fall out. The knife falls in another direction but the shotgun remains in his right hand. STEVEN fights but can't win, so he shifts and JASON starts pulling him down but... STEVEN gets his legs stuck on the broken floorboards. There he aims his shotgun down at JASON, whose hockey mask is staring directly at him. STEVEN Remember me? HE FIRES and JASON doesn't let go. AGAIN, he fires but still JASON won't let go, so he aims for his hockey mask and nails JASON. JASON lets go but STEVEN fights to get a hold on the floorboards since there breaking apart. He grabs one but it starts to break, just as he grabs a hold of it... STEVEN tosses the shotgun to the side and shifts his weight so he can get back up but... JASON stands with his machete ready to attack, once STEVEN is back on the floorboards, that are solid. JASON slowly starts walking towards him but before STEVEN can get up JASON is on him. STEVEN dodges the machete and grabs his shotgun and turns to JASON. STEVEN I realize it's your day but I know how to... JASON picks up the knife and breaks it into two. STEVEN Stop you. STEVEN jumps up and starts running back towards his truck. STEVEN makes it to his truck and tries to start it but... THE ENGINE won't start. JASON approaches and grabs at STEVEN. STEVEN fights but JASON won't let go. Once, again, STEVEN lifts his shotgun up to JASON's face and fires. JASON lets go and the truck starts. JASON watches as the truck drives out into the road and vanishes in the distance. INT. THE POLICE STATION, MAIN OFFICE, NIGHT. JOHN flips through JASON's folder, while MOLLY watches the windows. JOHN Now, I can see why, mom stays away from Haddonfield... A CREAKING DOOR OPENS FROM A HALLWAY. MOLLY You hear that? JOHN climbs up and puts the file down, while MOLLY joins his side. JOHN Yea. JOHN grabs his shotgun and walks slowly down away from the main office into a hallway, that leads outside. MOLLY Steven is that you? NO ANSWER. JOHN Anybody there? STILL NO ANSWER instead FOOTSTEPS can be heard coming toward them. JOHN cocks the shotgun. JOHN Alright, who or whatever you are show yourself! VOICE If you insist. FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HALLWAY, A MAN IN BLACK steps out. JOHN turns the shotgun on him. JOHN Freeze! Whoever you are. THE MAN IN BLACK moves slowly and doesn't freeze. MAN IN BLACK Afraid I can't do that, John. JOHN Who are you and how do you know my name? MAN IN BLACK Why so many questions when your lives and others are at stake. JOHN Shut up and answer me!(JOHN puts the gun directly in THE MAN IN BLACK's face.) MAN IN BLACK If you put it that way...let's just say everything you've ever thought about at night will be answered. JOHN What? MAN IN BLACK All your dreams and desires will have a true meaning, tonight, whether or not you choose. It is your fate. JOHN What are you saying? MAN IN BLACK Only time will tell you. JOHN keeps the gun up and ready for anything. THE MAN IN BLACK lifts his hand and puts it out to reveal the tattoo of THE THORN, that was cut into his wrist. THE MAN IN BLACK puts it down and turns to the door and vanishes through the doorway. FROM A FAR OFF ROOM, A PHONE RINGS. JOHN pushes the door shut and locks it from the inside. Then both JOHN and MOLLY run toward the ringing phone. Eventually, they come to a dispatch room, where they find the hook. JOHN picks it up. JOHN Hello? MALE VOICE(Deep voice almost angered) Who is this? JOHN Who's this? MALE VOICEElias Voorhees, I'm stuck up near Cunningham Way, where a tree has fallen. Can you send dispatch? JOHN There's one problem. ELIAS VOORHEES What's that? JOHN Nobody's in town. ELIAS VOORHEES Then what are you doing there? JOHN I can't explain...(THE PHONE LINE IS CUT)Who's this, again?(THERE IS NO ANSWER, JUST SILENCE.) MOLLY What? JOHN We've got a problem. EXT. THE FOREST, NIGHT. STEVEN's truck speeds into town until he makes it to the back of the police station. He stops the truck and puts it into gear. He looks in his rearview mirror to see a shadow cross. At first, he doesn't move then he grabs his shotgun. He checks to see if he has anymore bullets but the gun is empty. STEVEN Oh, great. THE SHADOW crosses, again, but this time it's closer. STEVEN reaches for his keys but there not there. He jumps out of the truck in hopes of making it to the door and starts running. IN THE DARKNESS OF THE ALLEY, MICHAEL MYERS steps out into the light with an axe in hand. STEVEN Oh...no. STEVEN makes it to the door and starts slamming and screaming for help. STEVEN John, Molly! Help me! MICHAEL gets closer. STEVEN Open up the door! MICHAEL swings his axe and hits the door but STEVEN is out of the way and on the ground. JOHN opens the door. MICHAEL swings, again, this time the axe gets close to leg but STEVEN rolls out of the way. JOHN opens the door. JOHN Get in...Oh no. STEVEN I would if I could. MICHAEL swings again but edges STEVEN's leg. STEVEN A little help here would be nice. STEVEN starts to drag himself away from MICHAEL but MICHAEL stays on him. From behind, JOHN jumps up onto MICHAEL's back and grabs his throat. MICHAEL doesn't struggle but instead drops the axe to the ground. JOHN You want me Michael, you got me. MICHAEL lifts one hand and grabs onto JOHN's arm and throws him to the ground. STEVEN drags himself further to the point, where he can get to MOLLY. STEVEN Get shotgun. MOLLY runs back in to find the shotgun. STEVEN turns back and drags himself back toward the battle. JOHN climbs back up and punches MICHAEL but MICHAEL doesn't react. JOHN Oh, Give a break. MICHAEL grabs JOHN and throws him into a nearby wall. JOHN falls onto the ground and climbs back up on all fours. JOHN That's going to hurt in the morning. STEVEN comes from behind and swings at MICHAEL's leg with an axe. The axe hits but does nothing but make MICHAEL turn around and lift STEVEN open by his neck. JOHN coughs and crawls to the axe. At first, he struggles to get back up but he manages. JOHN You know something Michael... JOHN swings and hits MICHAEL hard in the shoulder. JOHN You just don't know when to quite. MICHAEL turns back and drops STEVEN. STEVEN Any brilliant plans? JOHN One...I run...two...I fight. STEVEN Run. JOHN tosses the axe to the ground and dives off to the side of MICHAEL and rolls. JOHN picks up the axe and starts to pull STEVEN back in. JOHN Can you walk? STEVEN Don't' know. JOHN Try. STEVEN tries to climb up but his leg is cut and bleeding. JOHN puts his arm around him and lifts him and they both manage to make it to the door. JOHN slams it shut and locks it from the inside. STEVEN That was close. JOHN Too close. FROM THE DISTANCE glass shatters. STEVEN What was that? JOHN Glass breaking. You know where? STEVEN The old part of the jail. JOHN You gonna be, alright? STEVEN I should be until you get back. JOHN follows the sound until he reaches an area, that is covered in darkness. He tries a light but it doesn't work. JOHN Anybody in here? NO ANSWER. JOHN turns back and finds a flashlight sitting on a table. FEMALE VOICE Jason's coming. JOHN steps in and silence. JOHN What? FEMALE VOICE Jason's coming. JOHN Who said that? SILENCE. JOHN If there's anybody here answer. FEMALE VOICE Jason's coming. It's Friday the 13th. JOHN follows the voice to a cell, that is in the darkness. A girl (CHRIS from PART 3) sits with her hands crossed. Her hair is a mess and she hides her face. JOHN Who are you? CHRIS My. Name. Is. Chris. CHRIS rocks back and forth. JOHN Chris, do you know how to stop Jason? CHRIS doesn't answer. JOHN Do you? CHRIS You can't. I couldn't. And many others have tried. But... JOHN But... CHRIS They failed. CHRIS approaches JOHN and feels his face but as she does she starts screaming. Blood flows down her mouth and JOHN pulls back. As he does, CHRIS vanishes into thin air. FLASH. JOHN flips through the files and finds Chris's name near the beginning. THE TOP OF PAGE READS: CAUSE OF DEATH: HOMICIDE. (THE CAMERA PULLS BACK FROM A WIDESHOT.) JOHN is lying against the wall catching his breath. FROM THE DISTANCE, FOOTSTEPS can be heard stepping on glass. JOHN No...Jason must have got to her. JOHN climbs back up and follows the sound until he comes to a door, that he opens quickly... TO REVEAL MOLLY SCREAMING. JOHN Molly, oh... MOLLY hugs JOHN. JOHN What are you doing in here? MOLLY Looking for a shotgun. JOHN Did you hear that glass breaking? MOLLY nods. MOLLY It's coming from there. MOLLY points to a small window that has been shattered. JOHN walks in slowly, lifting his axe and checking the room out. He stops at the window and climbs up to look through. JOHN We can fit through here. JOHN put his head through the window and... A MACHETE nearly hits him. JOHN pulls back and remains back to see JASON waiting below. MOLLY What just happened? JOHN We've got more company. MOLLY Can he get through the window? JOHN I don't think so. JOHN and MOLLY take off running, shutting the door behind them. FROM ANOTHER normal WINDOW, JASON's image can be seen walking by the old police windows. JASON stops and smashes one open and climbs through with machete in hand. MOLLY Any ideas? CUT TO STEVEN laying against the wall in the hallway. He looks down at his leg and finds the cut, where the axe came through, it's bloody but no major damage. The hallway is completely silent until... THE BACKDOOR IS SLAMMED AGAINST. At first, the door doesn't move and then there is another hit. This time the door falls open to reveal MICHAEL MYERS, with a kitchen knife now in hand. STEVEN Oh...no. STEVEN struggles to get up but he falls against the wall. So he walks and puts one hand against the wall, barely standing but managing to walk. MICHAEL gives him a cold stare and begins walking towards him. CUT TO JOHN AND MOLLY running and stopping in a hallway. MOLLY Which way? JOHN Right. MOLLY No, left. BEHIND THEM, JASON appears with his machete ready to strike one of them. JOHN grabs MOLLY and goes right just as the machete cuts into the wall behind them. JOHN Right, it is. JASON pulls the machete from the wall and continues following them. CUT TO STEVEN with MICHAEL behind him. STEVEN continues to struggle but somehow he manages to keep going. JASON and MICHAEL look each other for a moment, then continue on with their business, ignoring one another. STEVEN Don't. JOHN grabs STEVEN and helps him around by holding him up but still, he carries an axe in one hand. STEVEN You gonna you use that? JOHN I will when we need it. STEVEN We need it. JOHN turns and throws the axe at MICHAEL but it hits the wall in the hallway and MICHAEL puts the knife back in his pocket and takes the axe. JOHN You have any more brilliant ideas? STEVEN I didn't say anything. MOLLY Where can we go? STEVEN Follow the halls. JOHN, MOLLY, and STEVEN follow the hallways until they come to a DEAD END, MICHAEL and JASON have been lost for the moment. MOLLY Now what? STEVEN Window. JOHN Molly, first then you. I'll go last. FORMER CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE, NIGHT. The woods are empty and silent, nothing is moving except a shadow of a man that appears by the lake. At first, his appearance is normal almost like JASON's but he moves with a limp. (He also holds a cell phone in hand.) ELIAS VOORHEES Daddy's home. (THE CAMERA moves up to his face), THAT HAS A DEVILISH GRIN. He lights his cigarette and watches the Lake's water shift. ELIAS Did they actually think you died? Please, you were smarter then that. With what strength they have they put him in the back of the truck and JOHN jumps into the front seat and tries to start the engine, MOLLY jumps in the back with STEVEN. At first, the truck engine won't start, while MICHAEL approaches but with a little work on the gas pedal, the engine turns over and pulls away but... MICHAEL has a hold of the truck, while the axe remains in his other hand. JOHN looks back and notices it in the rearview mirror. JOHN You just don't give up do you. MICHAEL shifts and slams the axe into the back of the truck bed. MOLLY moves back. MOLLY JOHN! MICHAEL climbs up into the truck bed. THE TRUCK DRIVES AWAY FROM THE TOWN AND COMES TO A SUDDEN STOP AT A FALLEN TREE ALMOST HITTING ITWITH ITS SIDE. JOHN So...how do we get there? JOHN CLIMBS OUT OF THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK and goes to the back to get STEVEN and MOLLY. STEVEN The woods. JOHN pulls MOLLY out and helps STEVEN down and helps him walk into the woods. Weapons striking one another until they figure out, that they need no weapon to kill each other. JASON looks up at MICHAEL and drops his machete to the ground. MICHAEL drops his axe and grabs JASON by his neck but can't pick him up. AND THEN IT BEGINS, MICHAEL goes into a trance. JASON nails him in the face with a punch causing MICHAEL to land on the ground. (THE CAMERA moves to MICHAEL.) MICHAEL is almost lifeless but his mind wanders. (The camera zooms in on his eye that is wide open.) FLASH. MICHAEL as a boy playing peacefully with a neighborhood boy on an October day. The fall leaves cover the ground and a pumpkin sits on the porch. FLASH. Two men (MEN IN BLACK) appear and talk to his parents. FLASH. MICHAEL is in a room almost completely dark except for candles that barely light the room. A MAN IN BLACK grabs onto MICHAEL's hand and begins chanting, while a "THORN" symbol begins to appear on his wrist. FLASH. HALLOWEEN NIGHT, Michael grabbing the clown mask. FLASH. His parents at the door looking him over curiously. FLASH. JOHN appears holding out his wrist and the "THORN" symbol appears. MICHAEL snaps out of it and stops JASON just before he can land his machete in MICHAEL's chest. CUT TO JOHN and STEVEN, STEVEN cuts off running to the left and JOHN joins the battle between MICHAEL and JASON. He dives for MICHAEL's axe and freezes. JASON stares JOHN down. JOHN Oh boy. MICHAEL dodges the hit and knocks JASON down into the waters of Crystal Lake. MICHAEL climbs up and looks at JOHN. With what he energy he has he starts to speak. MICHAEL Thorn. JOHN cocks his axe. (We see a young girl, ELLIE STRODE comes out of the house, with a bunch of stuff, and she then walks down the street) CUT TO: EXT – ANOTHER HADDONFIELD STREET (She stops in front of a house, ELLIE goes on the porch and we hear screaming from inside) MALE VOICE: Shut up, you fucking filthy whore! We can see a truck parked on the side of the road.) CUT TO: INT – TRUCK (NIGHT) (We are now inside the TRUCK. A young couple, ROY WATERSON and AMY WEST, are sitting inside. ROY is dressed in full MICHAEL MYERS attire, while AMY is dressed as a princess. We can see a hockey mask lying in the seat, next to ROY. They are talking to each other.) ROY: Damn, we are gonna scare the living shit out of those dumb fucks at Camp Crystal Lake. They won't even know what hit them. AMY: ROY, could you please tell me again why we are doing this? ROY: Look, AMY, I've told you this before. It's Haddonfield tradition. We scare those kids every year. AMY: I just don't see how dressing up like Michael Myers is funny. It's sick, if you ask me. ROY: Yeah, well I didn't ask you, did I? Now do me a favor and get that butcher knife out of the bed. AMY: Asshole. (She gets out of the truck.) CUT TO: EXT – TRUCK (NIGHT) (AMY is outside the truck, sorting through the pile of things in the truck bed. In the pile, we can see a machete, many assorted knives, masks, and an axe. The girl is rummaging through the things.) CUT TO: INT – TRUCK (NIGHT) (ROY is sitting in the truck, with an impatient look on his face. He rolls down the window, and puts his head out.) ROY: Hey, hurry the hell up! AMY (Off-Screen): I'm trying! I don't see the damn knife anywhere! CUT TO: EXT – TRUCK (NIGHT) (AMY is still looking through the pile for the butcher knife, when we hear a noise behind her. She turns around, frightened.) AMY: Hello? Is someone there? Is that you, ROY? (She shrugs her shoulders and turns back around.) CUT TO: (A shot of the real MICHAEL MYERS slowly coming up behind AMY. His mask is like it was in the movie's opening scene. He is taking very large, yet very quiet, steps towards AMY.) AMY: I found it! I found it! (MICHAEL throws a plastic grocery bag over AMY'S head. She is screaming loudly, but it is barely heard at all. MICHAEL begins to drag her into the woods. She is kicking wildly for a while, but as she disappears into the darkness, she stops moving.) CUT TO: INT – TRUCK (NIGHT) ROY: Fuck this. I'm getting the fucking thing myself. (ROY gets out of the truck and walks to the back. He then notices that AMY is gone.) ROY: Great time to take a piss, AMY! Where the hell are you? (There is a noise in the woods.) ROY: Fuckin' bitch… (He heads towards the woods, following the sound.) ROY: AMY, where the fuck are you? MICHAEL steps forward and stabs him one more time. ROY falls to the ground, blood pouring from his mouth and stomach. MICHAEL walks over to him and removes his mask. He then takes off his mask and replaces it with the new one.) (MICHAEL goes to the truck and gets in the driver's side door. He turns the keys and drives off.) FADE TO. EXT. STREET (MORNING) (It is now morning. We are on an empty street, except for the truck from last night, the one that MICHAEL is driving.) (The truck passes a sign that reads "NOW LEAVING WESSEX COUNTY, NOW ENTERING CUNNINGHAM COUNTY".) (Pan down to the seat next to MICHAEL, and we can see a piece of paper lying in the seat next to him. It is very wrinkled. Zoom in, and we can make out the following: Ellie, Hope you are having fun at Camp Crystal Lake. We hope to see you soon! - Mom & Dad) (Pan down, and we see that lying on the ground next to the sign is another sign that reads "WELCOME TO CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE, except CRYSTAL LAKE has been scratched out and someone has painted BLOOD in its place, so the sign reads "WELCOME TO CAMP BLOOD.") SCENE 2 CUT TO: EXT – CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE (DAY) (We are now at Camp Crystal Lake. We can see children running around, people eating at picnic tables, and other traditional camp activities.) CUT TO: (A girl, ELLIE STRODE, is sitting all by herself on a bench, reading The Hellbound Heart by Clive Barker. She looks about 16 years old, with brownish-colored hair. Suddenly, a boy, SAM, comes and sits down next to her.) SAM: Hey, ELLIE, you wanna come swimming with us? ELLIE: No, thanks. I don't really feel like swimming. SAM: Hey, you're not still upset about all that Michael Myers bull shit, are you? ELLIE: Well, to be honest…a little bit, yeah. SAM: Eh, well screw them. Look, MICHAEL MYERS has been dead for years. We can see a hand reach forward and move some branches, making it easier for the audience to see what he/she is seeing. Suddenly, some kids walk by, and the person backs away quickly, not wanting to be seen. As the figure slowly inches back into the woods, cut to a front-shot, and we can barely make out the shape of MICHAEL MYERS' white mask. He has arrived in Camp Crystal Lake.) ELLIE: Maybe I am just crazy after all… (Pan back to the entrance of Camp Crystal Lake, and, parked on the side of the road, is the truck that MICHAEL was driving. Cue the Halloween theme) SCENE 3 CUT TO: EXT. CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE (DAY) (We are still in Camp Crystal Lake. The head counselor, BRIAN BANKS, is standing on the porch of the main cabin. He begins to yell.) BRIAN: Attention, everyone! Attention! I need all of the counselors to please come up here for a meeting! C'mon, people, let's move it! (A group of people slowly form around the pudgy BRIAN. PAN AROUND, and we can see four girls, ELLIE STRODE, ALEXIS CARRIE, ANNA SIEVERS, and JENNA SHOEMAKER, and two boys, WESLEY GILES and JOSH LANGENKAMP. They are all crowded around the main cabin, waiting for BRIAN to begin talking.) BRIAN: (looks around) Is that everyone? Ok, then. Hi, folks, and welcome to Camp Crystal Lake. JASON JASON closes his eye and sinks to the bottom of the lake Suddenly, the ki ki ki ma ma ma sound begins to play in the background. We can see a ripple form in the middle of the lake. Slowly but surely, a body emerges from the lake. Even from far away, we can make out a hockey mask around the person's head. We now know that this is JASON VOORHEES. His torso is now visible, and we can see that he grips a large, rusted machete in his right hand. He continues to walk out of the lake, until he has completely emerged. He takes one lumbering step onto the beach, and looks around, as if familiarizing himself with Camp Crystal Lake once more. It has been many years since JASON''S fight with FREDDY KRUGER, and he has not seen his beloved home for quite some time. JASON continues to tilt his head left and right, taking in everything he sees, until suddenly, a noise is heard off-screen. Pan left, and we can barely see a few branches rustle in the woods. We can also make out the white mask of MICHAEL MYERS disappearing into the woods. JASON jerk! s his head in the direction of the noise and begins to walk towards it.) SCENE 5 WESLEY and ANNA are walking down the sandy trail that leads to the lake. They are talking to each other. WESLEY: So, you in the mood for a little night swim? ANNA: Yeah, why not? We're already out here, I guess. WESLEY: That's the spirit. (They continue walking down the path.) CUT TO: (The P.O.V. of someone watching WESLEY and ANNA. We are unsure if it is MICHAEL or JASON.) CUT TO: (WESLEY and ANNA. They have arrived on the beach, and they are heading toward the lake. WESLEY takes his shirt off, and he is now wearing only swimming trunks. ANNA takes off her top and pants, revealing a bikini underneath.) WESLEY: You ready? ANNA: Sure. Are you? WESLEY: You bet. Let's go. (They wade out into the water slowly, cringing at it's coldness. ANNA dives under first. She comes back up and pushes her hair out of her face.) ANNA: Ah, this feels great! WESLEY: Are you kidding? It's damn freezing out here. ANNA: Oh, quit being a big baby! (An odd cracking noise is heard from the woods. WESLEY jerks his head towards the sound.) WESLEY: Did you hear that? ANNA: Stop being paranoid! WESLEY: I'm serious. I heard something, like a cracking sound, from the woods. ANNA: Well, why don't you go check it out, Mr. Paranoid? WESLEY: Yeah, ok. (He walks out of the lake, and puts on his shirt. He shakes the water out of his hair, and begins to walk towards the woods.) WESLEY: I know I heard something. (WESLEY walks into the woods. Pan around, and we cannot see much, just trees and such. WESLEY looks around in all directions, trying to find what made the sound.) WESLEY: Hey, is someone here? (Silence.) WESLEY: Jesus Christ, maybe I am just being paranoid… (WESLEY turns around, and begins to walk back to the water.) CUT TO: (The P.O.V. of someone walking up behind WESLEY. Pan down VERY slightly, and we can see a machete is gripped in their left hand.) WESLEY: Sorry about that, baby. It must have been nothing. CUT TO: (The P.O.V. of the person. He/She walks up behind WESLEY and stabs the machete through his back.) (WESLEY doesn't make a sound. He falls to the ground, and the person pulls the machete out of his back. We can hear a sickening sliding sound as it is pulled out. Then the person begins to walk towards the beach.) CUT TO: (ANNA, who is still swimming in the lake, unaware of what is going on.) ANNA: WESLEY! Did you say something? WESLEY! (She gets out of the water.) CUT TO: (The P.O.V. of the still-unknown person watching ANNA get out of the water. She begins to walk up the beach, calling for WESLEY. The person leaves his/her hiding place and follows her.) (ANNA is walking on the beach, when she begins to get the feeling that someone is following her. She wheels around, but sees no one. She continues walking.) (Cut to the P.O.V. of the person stalking ANNA. He is right behind her now. ANNA turns around once more, and screams at the sight of her attacker. She falls on the ground, and begins to crawl backwards. The killer follows her, taking slow, silent steps. She is babbling and crying as she tries desperately to get away. After a few feet, she backs into WESLEY'S corpse. She screams, and then attempts to get up and run away. The stalker raises the machete and slams it into ANNA'S head.) (She falls to the ground, dead, the machete still sticking out of the top of her head. Her body lies right next to WESLEY'S. We can see the killer standing over the two bodies. Start at his feet and pan upward. When we get to his face, we can see that he is wearing a white mask. It was not JASON, it was MICHAEL MYERS. He walks back into the woods.) (MICHAEL walks back to his truck and puts the bloody machete in the in the front seat. He grabs his butcher knife, closes the door, and walks back into the woods.) FADE TO BLACK. SCENE 6 FADE IN. EXT – HADDONFIELD (DAY) (We are in what appears to be a bedroom of some sort. Pan around, and we can see a man, sitting in a recliner in the middle of the room. He is watching television. He looks about half-asleep. He is a young man, maybe 20 years old. He is clean shaven, with short hair and glasses. His attire consists of a t-shirt and khakis. Suddenly, he tilts his head and looks at the television.) MAN: What in the hell? CUT TO: (A shot of the television. It is showing some kind of news broadcast.) ANNOUNCER (ON T.V.): Good afternoon, and welcome to Eye-On News. Our top story tonight: Trouble in Crystal Lake. After many years of silence, there may once again be trouble brewing in the small camp. This morning, two campers, WESLEY GILES and ANNA SIEVERS were reported missing. A few campers said that they had seen what appeared to be a person walking around in the woods. One girl even said she could make out what looked like a white mask of some kind. (The television turns off.) (SIMON goes over to the phone and picks it up. He dials a number, and holds the receiver to his ear.) SIMON: Yes, hello, Police Station? MAN ON OTHER END: Yes, sir. How can we help you? SIMON: I need to speak to the Sheriff. MAN ON OTHER END: Ok, just hold on one second. SIMON: Ok. (There is a short pause.) MAN ON OTHER END: Hello? This is SHERIFF HICKS. LOOMIS: Hello, sir. My name is SIMON LOOMIS. HICKS: Oh, I've heard of you. You're Sam Loomis' nephew, aren't you? SIMON: Yes, that's me. But we don't have time for that right now. We may have an emergency on our hands, Sheriff. HICKS: What kind of emergency? SIMON: Have you seen the news today, sheriff? Have you heard the news about Camp Crystal Lake. HICKS: Yeah, I heard about that. What about it? SIMON: One girl said that she saw someone walking around in the woods……wearing a white mask. HICKS: What are you implying? SIMON: I don't know how much more blunt I can be, Sheriff. It has to be MICHAEL. HICKS: Even if you're right, why would he go to Camp Crystal Lake? SIMON: Look, we need to talk, but not on the phone. I am going to Camp Crystal Lake. I'll be waiting for you there. HICKS: Now wait just a damn— (SIMON hangs up the phone.) (SIMON walks out of the door, gets in his car, starts it, and drives off into the distance.) FADE TO BLACK. SCENE 7 EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE WOODS (EVENING) (We are now in the woods of Camp Crystal Lake. It is mid-late evening. We can see JASON VOORHEES walking around the woods, probably still searching for the strange figure he saw upon getting out of the lake earlier.) CUT TO: (MICHAEL'S P.O.V., as he is watching JASON. We can see through the eyeholes of MICHAEL'S mask. JASON has his back turned to MICHAEL and is walking in the opposite direction. MICHAEL takes one step forward, cracking a tree branch. JASON wheels around.) CUT TO: (JASON is now walking towards MICHAEL, who is now clearly visible. JASON is gripping his machete tightly. MICHAEL steps forward and stabs JASON in the stomach. JASON looks down at the blade stuck in his abdomen, and then at MICHAEL. MICHAEL tilts his head in confusion. MICHAEL retracts the blade and proceeds to stab JASON over and over, until the blade is dripping with JASON'S blackish blood. MICHAEL takes a step back, and tilts his head once again, still in awe that this person will not die. Now it's JASON'S turn. He lunges forward, and slashes the machete upward, striking MICHAEL in the chest. MICHAEL stumbles backward, and falls against a tree. He is bleeding. JASON looks down at him for a few moments, and then, there is a noise somewhere behind JASON. He turns around quickly, and takes a few steps forward. He realizes that there is nothing there and turns back around. MICHAEL is gone. There is only a small bloodstain where he was just lying. JASON turns around in all dir! ections, and then walks off, deeper into the woods, to look for MICHAEL.) SCENE 8 INT – SIMON LOOMIS' CAR (NIGHT) SIMON: (To himself) I told them…I knew all along that he wasn't dead…you can't just burn MICHAEL MYERS and expect him never to return. Fucking idiots, they just don't understand…not like my uncle did. But I'll be damned if I'm gonna let that bastard start killing again. Get ready, MICHAEL, I'm coming for you. CUT TO: (A shot of SIMON'S car driving off into the distance. He passes the same sign that MICHAEL did earlier, the Camp Blood sign.) CUT TO: (BRIAN BANKS, talking to JOSH LANGENKAMP.) BRIAN: So, you're sure you didn't hear WES or ANNA say anything about going to the lake after lights out? JOSH: No, I didn't hear anything. If WES was going to the lake, he'd probably have told me about it. BRIAN: (sigh) Ok, then. You can go now. (JOSH walks off-screen. We hear a door open and close.) BRIAN: What in the hell is going on here? CUT TO: (Random shots of the campers running around the beach, playing and laughing. Among them we can see ELLIE STRODE, sitting on the same bench as earlier. She appears to be staring off into space.) CUT TO: (The P.O.V. of MICHAEL, watching ELLIE from the bushes.) SCENE 8 CUT TO: EXT – CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE WOODS (DAY) (We are in the woods. JASON is still walking around, searching for MICHAEL. The "Laurie's Theme" plays in the background.) CUT TO: (A shot of MICHAEL standing in front of a tree. He takes a side-step and we cannot see him anymore. JASON approaches the tree and swings his machete at it. He looks all around the tree but MICHAEL is nowhere to be found. JASON walks off, and we can see MICHAEL is standing behind him, breathing heavily.) SCENE 9 CUT TO: INT – MAIN CABIN (NIGHT) (All of the counselors are gathered in the main cabin. BRIAN is speaking.) BRIAN: Ok, so we're all clear. No one is to leave the campfire unless someone goes with them. We don't want any more missing people, but we're not going to let that incident spoil our fun. Campfire stories are a tradition here at Camp Crystal Lake, and that is not going to change. Is everyone ready? (He looks around the room, and everyone is nodding their head "yes.") BRIAN: Ok, then let's get moving! (They all exit the cabin and begin walking towards the lake.) CUT TO: (The group of counselors are gathered around a campfire. BRIAN is in the center.) BRIAN: Well, now that we're all here, let's go ahead and get started. ALEXIS: What story are you gonna tell, BRIAN? BRIAN: The story I'm going to tell is one that everyone knows, and one that everyone tries to forget: The Legend of the Crystal Lake Killer, JASON VOORHEES. (The counselors give each other scared-looking glances, then focus their attention back on BRIAN.) BRIAN: Well, it all started back in 1957. JASON VOORHEES was a camper here at Camp Crystal Lake. He was not you're average camper, you see. He suffered from mental and physical retardation, and suffered endless abuse from his fellow campers. QUICK CUT TO: FREDDY VS. JASON LORI'S dream where they're abusing JASON BRIAN: One day, while JASON was near the lake, he fell in and drowned. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH JASON drowning and screaming "Help me, Mommy!" The counselors could have saved him, if they weren't so busy having sex in the main cabin. Well, soon after that, bodies began piling up. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH ANNIE getting her throat slit, JACK getting an arrow through the neck from under the bed, MARCIE screaming then getting axed in the head BRIAN: Eventually, it was found out that the killer was JASON'S mother, Pamela Voorhees. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH PAMELA holding ALICE PAMELA: Jason was my son, and today is his birthday. BRIAN: She killed all of the counselors, except for one named Alice, who succeeded in decapitating her. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH ALICE grabbing the machete by the shore in slow motion and running at Mrs. Voorhees then decapitating her. BRIAN: But what Pamela didn't know was that JASON was still very much alive. He lived in the woods, and killed and stole to stay alive, like some kind of beast. A few years after Pamela's death, a group of kids came to stay at the camp and were brutally slaughtered. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 2 ALICE getting an ice pick in her head, CRAZY RALPH being strangled, MARK getting macheted in the face then pushed down the stairs, and finally SANDRA and JEFF getting double impaled with a spear. BRIAN: The killer was described as wearing a burlap sack over his head and wielding an axe. This person, to many people's surprise, was JASON VOORHEES. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 2 JASON coming in, and GINNY with the sweater on GINNY: Jason! It's all done Jason. You've done your job well and Mommy is pleased. We now see GINYN become MRS. VOORHEES MRS. VOORHEES: That's it, Jason. Come to Mommy. Mother has a reward for you. JASON then comes after her GINNY: JASON, MOTHER IS TALKING TO YOU! She then again becomes MRS. VOORHEES MRS. VOORHEES: Jason. Mother is talking to you. That's it come here, kneel. Kneel for Mommy. JASON then sees the head, his eye widens, and attacks GINNY. BRIAN: The next few days, JASON single-handedly killed almost every person to come to the camp. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH PART III AND FINAL CHAPTER We see LOCO gutted in the stomach with a pitchfork, a spear fired into VERA'S eye, ANDY macheted in half, CHUCK electrocuted on a fuse box, a knife though the HITCHHIKER'S neck, PAUL get a spear to the groan, JIMMY get a corkscrew in the hand, then clevered in the face, and DOUG'S head get crushed with his bare hands. BRIAN: One person did survive JASON'S killing spree, however: A boy by the name of TOMMY JARVIS. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH THE FINAL CHAPTER TOMMY throws a machete at JASON'S head, he falls down and it spilts his head open, TOMMY then sees JASON'S hand twitch, so he picks up the machete and repedily slashes him while screaming "DIE!" BRIAN: TOMMY was cursed by JASON. He couldn't get him out of his nightmares. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH: A NEW BEGINNING TOMMY looking out his window and seeing JASON, he then rubs his eyes and JASON'S gone BRIAN: So, to make sure, TOMMY went to JASON'S grave and dug him up. That didn't work out so well. QUICK CUT TO: FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VI: JASON LIVES! We see TOMMY jam a spear into him, leave to get gasoline, then a lightning bolt strikes it and JASON'S eye opens. BRIAN: Unfortunately, no one has seen or heard from TOMMY in quite some time. Now according to official police reports, JASON is dead. He was killed by a SWAT team a few years ago. QUICK CUT TO: JASON GOES TO HELL: THE FINAL FRIDAY We see police shooting JASON, him screaming, then a bomb coming down and blowing him up. BRIAN: Some people will tell you JASON has been dead for years. But others will tell you that he's still out there, ready to kill to avenge his mother and protect his home. It's all a matter of opinion weather or not he's still out there, but the truth is: JASON VOORHEES is real. (The kids around the campfire exchange scared glances once again, some turn and look over their shoulders.) BRIAN: And that's the end of my little story. I hope you all enjoyed it. ELLIE: That's nothing. BRIAN: What's that, ELLIE? ELLIE: That's not scary at all. It's just some over grown retard crying for Mommy. Get comfy, and I'll tell you a real scary story: The Story of MICHAEL MYERS. BRIAN: Ok, let's hear it. ELLIE: My story takes place in Haddonfield, Illinois, my hometown. When MICHAEL MYERS was only six years old, he stabbed his sister to death with a kitchen knife. QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN The POV enters the room, and we see a naked girl, JUDITH MYERS, brushing her hair, she yells "Michael!", then gets stabbed ELLIE: He was sent to Smith's Grove Mental Hospital for 15 years. For 15 long years, MICHAEL didn't speak, he didn't even move, really. His doctor, SAM LOOMIS, believed that MICHAEL was pure evil. QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN EXTENDED CUT DR. LOOMIS is going over to MICHAEL starring at a wall DR. LOOMIS: You fooled them, haven't you Michael? But not me. ELLIE: Finally, one cold, rainy night, MICHAEL escaped and stole a car. He was headed for Haddonfield. QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN We see attack MARION and steal the car and leave QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN LAURIE STRODE and her friends are walking down the street, and MICHAEL comes out of a bush ELLIE: For years and years, MICHAEL stalked the remaining blood relatives of his family… QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN 5 We see JAMIE LLOYD laying in a casket. JAMIE: Uncle… Boogeyman? QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN 6 MICHAEL killing JAMIE LLOYD QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN H20 MICHAEL going after JOHN TATE ELLIE: one-by-one… including my sister, LAURIE STRODE. QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN: RESSURECTION We see her fall off the roof, and get a knife in her back. She kisses MICHAEL LAURIE: I'll see you in Hell. She then falls off the roof into some branches and finally falling down. BRIAN: And this MICHAEL guy, what does he look like? ELLIE: That's hard to say, because most people haven't lived to give a description. The only thing people know for sure is that he wears a featureless white mask, which he never removes. QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN LAURIE removes MICHAEL'S mask and he quickly puts in back on ELLIE: Some believe that MICHAEL is pure evil… QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN LOOMIS is talking to BRACKETT LOOMIS: …I spent 8 years trying to reach him and then another 7 trying to keep him locked up because I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply… evil. ELLIE: …but the scariest part is…he's my brother. And that's the end of my story. (Everyone claps.) BRIAN: Well, I hope all of you enjoyed our little ghost story session. Let's all go ahead and head back to the cabins now. (They all get up and leave. As they are walking back towards the cabins, we can see MICHAEL watching them from the woods. We can only see his white mask as it disappears into the darkness.) FADE TO BLACK. SCENE 10 FADE IN. INT – HADDONFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT (DAY) (We are now in the Haddonfield Police Department. The room is empty, except for a large man sitting in a desk at the front of the room. He is wearing a police uniform, and the name HICKS is visible on his name pin. This is SHRIFF HICKS.) (He picks up a telephone and dials some digits. He puts the receiver to his ear.) HICKS: Yeah, hey, lemme talk to the Chief. HICKS: (after a short pause) Hey, Chief. This is HICKS, over here at the Haddonfield Police Department. Listen, I just got a call from some guy over at Camp Crystal Lake that needs some assistance. If you don't mind, I'm gonna take this. HICKS: (after another pause) Yeah. Ok. I shouldn't be gone more than a day or two. (He hangs up the phone, and walks out of the station.) SCENE 11 CUT TO: INT – CABIN (NIGHT) (TITLE: HALLOWEEN) (We are in the head cabin. BRIAN and JOSH are engaged in an arm wrestling match being watched by ELLIE and JENNA. ALEXIS is listening to her CD player on the bed. BRIAN seems to be getting the upper hand in the match, when ALEXIS steps in.) ALEXIS: (with a seductive look) JOSH, I can think of much better things you could be doing with your hands right now… (She walks off into the back room.) JOSH: Looks like you win, buddy. See ya! (He runs to the back room with ALEXIS.) BRIAN: Hey, ELLIE, I'm going outside to smoke, ok? ELLIE: Ok. (He walks outside.) CUT TO: EXT. CABIN PORCH (NIGHT) (BRIAN is standing on the front porch of the cabin smoking a cigarette. Off-screen, we can hear what sounds like branches snapping and cracking.) BRIAN: Hey, who's there? (He shrugs his shoulders and takes another drag of his cigarette. Once again, he hears a noise.) BRIAN: (jerks his head sideways) Dude, what the fuck? (As he whips his head around, his cigarette falls out of his mouth.) BRIAN: Dammit. (He bends over and picks up his cigarette.) CUT TO: (A front-shot of BRIAN as he comes back up after picking up his cigarette. He looks forward, and he jumps back, startled.) CUT TO: (JASON VOORHEES is standing over BRIAN now, machete raised.) BRIAN: No fucking way— (JASON swings his machete downward.) CUT TO: (Blood spraying on the cabin wall and the ground.) (JASON looks down on the body, breathing very heavily. We can hear the "ki ki ki ma ma ma" sound in the background.) CUT TO: (JENNA and ELLIE in the cabin, talking.) ELLIE: Shh, did you hear that? JENNA: Hear what? ELLIE: I dunno, it sounded like something heavy falling. JENNA: Probably nothing… ELLIE: Well, let's go check. (They get up and walk out onto the porch.) (They look around for a bit.) JENNA: See, I told you it was noth— ELLIE: Oh my god! JENNA: What? What is it? ELLIE: It looks like……blood. (JENNA walks over to where ELLIE is standing.) JENNA: (puts hand over mouth and gasps) Oh my god… JENNA: I think we should go inside now…… ELLIE: (scared) Yeah, good idea. (They go back inside.) ELLIE: Think we should call the cops or something? JENNA: Yeah, definitely. What the hell do you think happened out there? ELLIE: I don't know…but I just hope BRIAN is ok. (JENNA picks up the phone.) JENNA: (after a short pause) The line's dead. ELLIE: Dammit, are you sure? JENNA: Yep. We're gonna have to either stay here or walk to the police station. ELLIE: I vote we just stay here. We don't want to get lost out there in the woods. JENNA: Yeah. ELLIE: Think we should get JOSH and ALEXIS? JENNA: Nah. We'll wait until they're done with their "business." ELLIE: (giggles) Ok, then. (From off-screen, a voice is heard.) ???: You're all doomed if you stay here. (The girls stand up and look to whoever made the sound.) JENNA: Ok, buddy, who the hell are you? ???: My name's not important. JENNA: Like hell it's not! You better tell me who you are or some serious shit is gonna go down, mister! CUT TO: (The person that has entered the cabin. He is a man, maybe in his late 30's, dressed in jeans and a long-sleeved t-shirt. On his face is a look of concern.) ???: My name is TOMMY JARVIS. ELLIE: (to herself) JARVIS? Like in the story from last night… TOMMY: You're all going to die if you stay here. JASON VOORHEES is here, and he's killing again. JENNA: Don't give me that bullshit. JASON has been dead for years. TOMMY: Do you really believe that? JASON VOORHEES is not just something that goes away. He will keep on killing until someone puts an end to him once and for all. JENNA: …And you're saying that you know how? TOMMY: Yes, I do. ELLIE: Is…is he really here? TOMMY: Yes. I just recently stumbled upon two bodies on my way here, both slashed to death with a machete; JASON'S weapon of choice. ELLIE: JENNA, do you think it could be WES and ANNA? JENNA: Ok, look. Even if JASON was alive, what reason would he have to come after us? TOMMY: (laughs) You think he needs a reason? JASON is a killing machine, his only purpose in this world is to kill to avenge his mother. He kills anyone and anything. (From off-screen, we hear a door open. ALEXIS and JOSH walk out into the room. ALEXIS' hair is messed up, and JOSH has a big grin on his face.) JOSH: Hey, who the hell's this? TOMMY: I'm the one that's going to save you from JASON VOORHEES, that's who I am. JOSH: Yeah, whatever you say, buddy. You must be one dumb fuck if you expect us to believe in all that JASON bull— (The blade of a machete goes right through JOSH'S back. He looks down at the wound, and then back at his friends.) JOSH: ……shit. (The machete is retracted quickly, and we can now see that JASON in it's carrier. He is breathing heavily, and the "ki ki ki ma ma ma" sound is playing. The kids all scream and run out of the cabin.) (As they are leaving the cabin, ALEXIS trips on the porch. She is getting up, when JASON slams his foot down on her back. She screams for a while, and then JASON takes his machete and shoves it into her throat.) CUT TO: (A shot of ALEXIS' face. Blood has splattered onto her face, and it leaks from her mouth. In her neck is a huge gaping wound. JASON looks down at her for a moment, and then continues his pursuit.) CUT TO: (TOMMY, ELLIE, and JENNA are still running in the woods. They stop for a moment, when TOMMY begins to speak.) TOMMY: (while breathing heavily) There's a house not too far from here. We can hide there for a while. C'mon, follow me. (They continue running.) SCENE 12 INT – HOUSE (NIGHT) (We are now in a house. The door swings open, and TOMMY, JENNA, and ELLIE run in, all breathing heavily.) TOMMY: Ok, this should buy us some time, but we can't stay here forever. He'll find us. ELLIE: What are we going to do? TOMMY: I don't know…I just don't know. (Suddenly, and old couple come running down the stairs, yelling.) MAN: What in the hell do you kids think you're doing in our home? WOMAN: Get out! Get out! (ELLIE then looks at the wall and starts to stutter. She sees the word "SAMHAIN" and the symbol of "THORN" written in blood on the wall.) ELLIE: Oh fuck. (Out of a dark corner in the room, MICHAEL comes out and stabs OLD LADY in the chest. She falls down the stairs and brings her husband with her. She cries out in pain, she's to the brink of death when BOOM! The door flies, open as JASON stands there breathing heavily while the Jason X Theme plays. JASON stabs the old lady with the machete. JASON then grabs the old guy's skull and pushes two fingers into his brain.) TOMMY: Get out, get out, now! (They all run towards the hallway, and enter a bedroom.) ELLIE: There, the window! Hurry up and open it! (TOMMY opens up the window. They all climb out. On the way down, JENNA hurts her ankle.) JENNA: Ow, fuck! My ankle! TOMMY: Can you walk on it? JENNA: Yeah, I'll be fine, don't worry. (She gets up, and they all run off.) CUT TO: INT – HOUSE (NIGHT) (JASON and MICHAEL are still staring each other down in the house. Finally, JASON takes a step forward and slashes his machete at MICHAEL. MICHAEL jumps out of the way, and stabs JASON in the shoulder. MICHAEL retracts the knife, and begins stabbing JASON all over his arms and chest. JASON then takes his boot and kicks MICHAEL to the ground. JASON takes his machete and lunges downward at MICHAEL. He rolls out of the way, and stabs JASON in the back of the leg. JASON falls over, but on the way down manages to slash MICHAEL in the chest. JASON gets up, and lunges forward. He stabs MICHAEL in the chest. MICHAEL stabs JASON in the side of the head. JASON pulls the machete out, and throws his hands up towards his head. JASON falls to his knees, and then to the ground. He appears to be dead. MICHAEL looks down at him, tilting his head in a confused manner, still wondering why he can't kill this man. MICHAEL leaves the house.) (JASON'S eyes pop open) CUT TO: EXT – HOUSE (NIGHT) (JASON runs outside grabs MICHAEL and throws him back inside.) CUT TO: INT – HOUSE (NIGHT) (MICHAEL flies through the door. JASON walks inside, grabs MICHAEL'S head and smashes it against the wall many times. He then breaks off the rail and starts beating MICHAEL with it. He picks up the machete and rapidly stabs MICHAEL in the back. JASON is really pissed at the fact that MICHAEL won't die. MICHAEL then rips the machete out of JASON'S hand and sticks it in JASON'S chest. He puts his hands around and yanks it out of his chest and throws it at MICHAEL, but misses. MICHAEL breaks the machete out of the wall, and cuts JASON'S throat with the broken machete. JASON coughs up greenish goo. JASON then grabs MICHAEL and throws him down the stairs making him land in the basement. JASON walks down the stairs.) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY, JENNA, and ELLIE are at Crystal Lake.) JENNA: Do…do you think they killed each other? TOMMY: Don't count on it. (They then rest and sit down) CUT TO: INT. HOUSE – (NIGHT) (JASON walks down the stairs and sees a bunch of tools, then sees MICHAEL laying down appearing to be dead. JASON wondering whether or not he killed him pokes MICHAEL'S chest. MICHAEL'S eyes pop open and he grabs JASON'S hand and breaks it then pops up. He then rapidity punches JASON in the chest then grabs a screwdriver on the ground and sticks it in JASON'S eye. JASON takes a few steps back and MICHAEL finds another knife off of the floor and he sticks it in JASON'S groan. JASON doesn't feel a thing. MICHAEL picks up a hammer and he bashes JASON in the head with it. JASON grabs MICHAEL'S head then kicks him making MICHAEL fly back. He goes down to MICHAEL and grabs MICHAEL'S head trying to crush it. MICHAEL screams in pain then uses his hand to punch JASON in the face. MICHAEL then finds a machete on the ground and picks it up.) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY, ELLIE, and JENNA are all rested and scared) TOMMY: JASON I get. But who was that other guy the one with the blank mask? ELLIE: MICHAEL fucking MYERS- JENNA: Her brother. ELLIE: He's a psycho killer similar to JASON. He killed his older sister when he was 6. Now, he keeps coming back on Halloween to kill his family members. TOMMY: Gee, I thought JASON was unique. JENNA: Nah. I got a million of ‘em like this psycho cannibal family up in Texas who- ELLIE: We don't have time for this. MICHAEL and/or JASON could be back any second. TOMMY: With our luck, they've probably joined sides and are gonna double team us. JENNA: Please, Jarvis, I've had enough scary stories tonight I don't need that though entering my mind. CUT TO: INT – BASEMENT (MICHAEL slices chunks off JASON'S chest with the machete. He then impales JASON to the ground with the machete. He then picks up a gasoline tank and pours it all over JASON. The Halloween Theme starts to play and MICHAEL walks up the stairs and takes out a lighter and throws it on JASON off-screen. As MICHAEL walks out of the building, we hear JASON'S deep screams.) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY, ELLIE, and JENNA are going toward the lake) TOMMY: Look right there, a canoe. We can make it out of here, we can- what? ELLIE: Look. (We see MICHAEL standing there with the broken machete) JENNA: You gotta be fuckin' kiddin'. (MICHAEL charges at them, and ELLIE elbows him in the face and throws him to the ground, ELLIE and JENNA back away as TOMMY picks up the machete and starts to slash MICHAEL) TOMMY: DIE, DIE, DIE, DIE, DIE, DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (JENNA looks at ELLIE) JENNA: Not much has changed has it? (ELLIE then looks over) ELLIE: I got some good news and I got some bad news. JENNA: What? ELLIE: The bad news, JASON'S back. (JENNA then looks over and sees JASON'S standing with burnt clothing and a flaming machete while the ki ki ki ma ma ma plays) ELLIE: The good news, JASON'S back. (JASON then looks over at MICHAEL, then ELLIE looks at TOMMY) ELLIE (screaming at TOMMY): TOMMY! JASON'S BACK! GET OVER HERE! (JASON walks over to MICHAEL who's just standing up, they're ready to fight again, MICHAEL tries to slash JASON with the broken machete but JASON slashes MICHAEL with the flaming one first, MICHAEL then grabs the flaming machete and throws it in the water, MICHAEL then slashes JASON in the legs multiple times making him go backwards, JASON picks up a tree branch and hits MICHAEL with it causing him to fly several feet against a tree) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY is grabbing the canoe) TOMMY: Come on, they're fighting and will kill each other. Let's get the fuck outta here. ELLIE: No, you don't understand. My ENTIRE life has been haunted because of MICHAEL. He's killed EVERYONE in my family, my SISTER, my NIECE. I AM NOT LEAVING UNTIL I SEE HIM DIE! CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE WOODS (NIGHT) (JASON picks up MICHAEL and slams him against the tree multiple times ala Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. MICHAEL grabs a piece of glass on the ground and slices off the front of JASON'S foot. He looks down at MICHAEL, and sticks his thumbs in MICHAEL'S eyes causing blood to drip from his eyes ala Halloween II. JASON punches MICHAEL in the face a few times.) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY, JENNA, and ELLIE watch the fight) ELLIE: Oh, shit, I just realized, if JASON kills MICHAEL, then who's gonna kill JASON? TOMMY: You're right, last time I went in the canoe, and he followed me all the way out there. He'll probably do it again. JENNA: What do we do? TOMMY: Wait. I got an idea. CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE WOODS (NIGHT) ("LAURIE'S THEME" starts to play, as JASON'S still beating on MICHAEL, we then hear some screaming, JASON puts MICHAEL down and turns around and sees TOMMY) TOMMY: Come on, Jason! Remember me, you goo-infested maggot head? You do don't ya? I killed you! Twice! (JASON'S eye opens wide as if to say "YOU!", and he ignores MICHAEL and walks toward TOMMY) TOMMY: Hey, asshole, let me tell ya something! Your mama's a sweet piece of pussy! I fucked her so hard last night her head came off! (JASON now is heading towards TOMMY with the broken machete) ELLIE: TOMMY, NO! (JASON is then shot in the chest twice, and falls down) CUT TO: EXT – ROAD BY CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (We see a cop car and LOOMIS and HICKS, who is holding a smoking gun) HICKS: You kids all-right? LOOMIS: Oh, shit, HICKS, MICHAEL'S coming back. (JASON then stands up and grabs the machete) TOMMY: THAT'S NOT MICHAEL! THAT'S JASON VOORHEES! LOOMIS: JASON VOOR-what? HICKS: You mean that guy that killed all those kids at Camp Blood? JENNA: WHERE THE FUCK DO YOU THINK WE ARE? HICKS: This is Camp Blood? THE Cam-AHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (MICHAEL has just stabbed HICKS in the shoulder with a piece of glass, LOOMIS looks at MICHAEL, as the rest try to help HICKS) LOOMIS: So you're him huh? MICHAEL AUDREY MYERS. The man my uncle was obsessed with. (MICHAEL tilts his head making a connection to DR. LOOMIS) QUICK CUT TO: HALLOWEEN EXTENDED CUT CHILD MICHAEL starring at a wall and LOOMIS talking to him (LOOMIS is now chuckling) LOOMIS: You're the bastard that caused my uncle to commit suicide right? You're not that bad. (LOOMIS then tries to punch MICHAEL but MICHAEL grabs his hand, JASON then sneaks behind MICHAEL with a chain and strangles MICHAEL until JASON thinks he's dead, JASON picks up the body and throws it in the lake) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (EVERYONE'S looking at the fight) ELLIE: Did JASON win? CUT TO: EXT. THE LAKE (NIGHT) (MICHAEL jumps out of the lake) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY looks at her) TOMMY: Guess not. CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE ROAD (NIGHT) (MICHAEL jumps on JASON in the road and they both get up and start beating each other, they then step apart and JASON lunges forward, and MICHAEL moves backwards. JASON stops, and just looks at MICHAEL for a moment, as if studying him.) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY looks at the fight with a confused look) TOMMY: What are they doing? It's like they're too fascinated with each other to fight... JASON has never met a foe that he could not defeat before... JENNA: Look! They're moving towards the boat dock! CUT TO: EXT – BOAT DOCK (JASON throws MICHAEL onto the dock) LOOMIS: MICHAEL! (LOOMIS then shoots MICHAEL in the face and causes his mask to fall off. His face is normal yet still something spooky about it. MICHAEL gets really scared and quickly puts the mask back on. JASON grabs his head and bashes it on the dock. LOOMIS comes over and kicks MICHAEL in the face.) LOOMIS: BASTARD! (JASON then looks at LOOMIS and grabs his leg and yanks it off) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (EVERYONE'S shocked) ELLIE: NO! CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE DOCK (NIGHT) (JASON grabs LOOMIS and throws him in the lake, while he continues to beat on MICHAEL) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (ELLIE runs over to the lake) ELLIE: Oh god! CUT TO: INT – CRYSTAL LAKE WATERS (NIGHT) (ELLIE dives in it to get LOOMIS' body, she then takes him to shore) ELLIE: Are you all-right? LOOMIS: Peachy. CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE DOCK (NIGHT) (JASON is still punching MICHAEL, who's down on the ground, JASON is still wondering why he won't die, MICHAEL then punches JASON back and jumps up and starts punching JASON'S chest many times, very fast, pushing JASON into the water) CUT TO: INT - CRYSTAL LAKE UNDERWATER (NIGHT) (JASON under the water grabs the machete) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE DOCK (NIGHT) (JASON gets back on the dock, and MICHAEL kicks him in the face, but JASON slices MICHAEL'S hand open) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (TOMMY looks at ELLIE) TOMMY: They're both weakened. This'll be over soon. Don't worry. CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE DOCK (NIGHT) (JASON is slicing MICHAEL in the chest rapidly, then he sticks the machete in MICHAEL'S stomach and splatters his intestines all over the dock. MICHAEL vomits blood through his mask, MICHAEL punches his hand INTO JASON'S chest, they then try to fight but both fall in the lake) CUT TO: EXT – CRYSTAL LAKE (NIGHT) (EVERYONE runs over to the dock) CUT TO: INT – CRYSTAL LAKE UNDERWEAR (NIGHT) (We see at the bottom of the lake JASON and MICHAEL still fighting) CUT TO: EXT - CRYSTAL LAKE DOCKS (NIGHT) (EVEYRONE looks down to check if they're dead or not) ELLIE: What happened? HICKS: Hopefully, they killed each other. JENNA: Yeah, they probably have look at all this. (JENNA looks down at the intestines and shivers then goes back) TOMMY: They did seem weak and beaten. HICKS: Yeah, I think it's safe to assume they're down there to stay. (MICHAEL then jumps out of the lake and onto the dock) ELLIE: NOOOOOO!!!!!!!! (MICHAEL'S mask is groggy and wet and all deformed, we puts up his hand showing a black hear still beating in it. It is the heart of JASON VOORHEES. JASON then jumps up with the chains. He wraps them around MICHAEL'S neck and pulls off his head as MICHAEL crushes the heart.) HICKS Well, they gotta be dead now. LOOMIS Yes. Evil has been stopped. MICHAEL'S dead. (TOMMY then just stairs at the water then murmurs to himself) TOMMY You're finally dead, aren't ya JASON? No more haunting my dreams. ELLIE You're wrong... (We see ELLIE starring off into the distance and then she looks at everyone) ELLIE They'll never die. (The Halloween Theme hits in full gear as we see ELLIE continue to stare into the distance, then we start to hear the ki ki ki ma ma ma and heavy breathing as the theme continues to play) QUICK CUT TO: THE DOCK QUICK CUT TO: THE SHORE QUICK CUT TO: THE WOODS QUICK CUT TO: ANOTHER PLACE IN THE WOODS QUICK CUT TO: THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE QUICK CUT TO: THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE QUICK CUT TO: THE BASEMENT OF THE HOUSE QUICK CUT TO: THE ROAD QUICK CUT TO: THE OUTSIDE OF THE CABIN QUICK CUT TO: THE INSIDE OF THE CABIN QUICK CUT TO: THE "CAMP BLOOD" SIGN QUICK CUT TO: THE BOTTOM OF THE LAKE QUICK CUT TO: A SHOT OF THE LAKE (The Halloween Theme still plays as we hear the ki ki ki ma ma ma fades way) CUT TO BLACK: END CREDITS (The Friday the 13th Part III Theme plays followed by Poison the Well's "Join Me In Death" as the credits play) (At the end it'll say THE END, followed by a ?) CAST: THE END? After credits Jason gets up and walks. We see him on a road with a sign saying: Texas. Leatherface's house stands in the distance as: BACK TO CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE: Michael gets, head back on. He walks until: We see him behind Chucky from Child's Play. FADE TO BLACK. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------- ENDING PART 1: THE JASON ENDING THE WATER EXPLODES TO REVEAL JASON with MICHAEL'S mask in hand. STEVEN turns and looks around for a weapon, anything that he can use but there is nothing. STEVEN Okay, problem. JASON quickly reaches the shore...just as STEVEN dives and grabs JASON'S machete. JASON attacks STEVEN and grabs onto his neck, slowly lifting him into the air. STEVEN Alright, you asked for it. STEVEN slams the machete into his heart. STEVEN That's for me. STEVEN pushes it in. STEVEN That's for me and... STEVEN kicks it one last time. STEVEN That's for me. JASON throws him to the ground. STEVEN Take it as that wasn't enough for you. JASON looks at STEVEN and turns back to the lake, leaving MICHAEL'S mask behind on the shore. STEVENMaybe another time. CUT TO JOHN, who has reunited with MOLLY. MOLLY Are you, okay? ENDING PART 2-THE MICHAEL ENDING THE WATER EXPLODES TO REVEAL MICHAEL, who quickly makes it to shore. MICHAEL ignores STEVEN and heads directly toward the MAN IN BLACK. MICHAEL grabs his neck and squeezes the MAN IN BLACK until he lays lifeless on the ground. MICHAEL drops JASON'S mask to the ground and turns to JOHN. MICHAEL Next...Halloween. EXT. THE TOWN, NIGHT. JOHN, MOLLY AND STEVEN take off in JOHN'S truck. STEVEN So is it over? JOHN Until... MICHAEL(voice-over) Next...Halloween. EVERYTHING FADES TO BLACK. ROLL CREDITS .--
