		Valentine's day, 2004

(Scene opens in an unnamed hotel, 2 men fighting fiercely)

(Dramatic battle taking place)

(Both agents fighting, trading shots from sidearms)

Cade: Dell!!!

Dell: Come and get it Cade!!!

(Both Men Charge at each other as wall of flame erupts in front of Camera.)

Subtitle: 6 months earlier…………………

(Camera fades out, opens on scene 1 of story)



Location: Somewhere in Russia………………



[Speaking in Russian] Soldier number one: This really doesn't feel right.

Soldier number two: Shut up and keep alert.

One: Something is really not right here….

Two: Didn't I tell you to shut up?

(Soldiers patrol more, meets up with other patrol and commanding officer.)

Soldier three: any activity in your area?

Soldier two: nothing really, except for stupid here. {Motions toward soldier 
one}

Soldier four: heheheheh (Silenced shot goes off) ugh!

(Soldier four drops to the ground dead)

Commanding officer: open fire!

(All three remaining soldiers fire at will, mulching trees and plants.)

(Soldier number two drops dead with a shot to the head.)

Soldier One: Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!! (Fires wildly)

Commanding officer: pull back!

(Soldier one drops dead with a silenced shot to the chest)

(Remaining soldiers start running)

(Soldier three turns around, opens fire at area where shots are coming from, 
receives a shot in the leg, falls down.)

Commanding Officer (breathing heavily): (talks into shoulder mic) we have 
enemies in the area; repeat…(Hears gun load, looks up, using rifle scope.) 

[Camera shot changes to scope perspective, zooms up to a shot of Cade looking 
directly into the scope, zooms in on him.]

Cade: What's up? (pulls the trigger)

[Effects shot: loud shot sound, bullet goes through the screen.] [Music starts 
playing over opening credits] 

[James bond style music/opening]

 



[Effects shot: picture of Cade on fire and folding up as fire covers the 
screen, leading back to the movie] (Cade and partner Dell sneaking into a 
doorway, silently killing two guards.)

Cade: I think that brings the count to four kills for me, 2 you 

Dell: Whatever Cade, keep moving, split up and follow the mission.

(Both agents sneak through the base {alternating shots} until both come into 
an enormous aircraft hangar.)

Cade: This doesn't seem right Frank.

Dell: Shut up and look around!

(Both men scan the area, Mike goes around a wall of crates, hears a gunshot, 
reacts in surprise, and runs around the corner only to meet with a gun 
barrel.)

(Dell is holding the gun)

Cade: What the? Frank, what are you doing?

Dell: Sorry partner, this is it…

(Enemy soldiers drop from the ceiling on ropes, and one of the soldiers walks 
up to dell with a smirk.)

Dell: Well done lieutenant, remind me to commend you later.

Rufus: thank you sir.

Cade: You sonofa…

(Dell butts Cade in the head with his rifle.)

(Camera view: cade's pov: Image of dell goes blurry, all goes black. Image 
reopens in a cell.)



[Guard opens up main door, looks in.]

Guard: Cade, you're wanted out front.

[Cade pulls in guard, breaks his neck]

(Camera shot: outside of cell: Cade comes walking out in the guard's uniform 
and keeps walking.)

(Camera Shot: Scene trans. to main area of dell's place.)

[Cade in guard disguise comes walking in.]

Dell: Did you take care of Cade?

Cade: [walks up to Dell] yep. [Whips out gun and points it towards dell's 
throat]

Dell: well, well, Cade, I was wondering when you'd get out.

Cade: I want to know why Dell!

Dell: I would tell you my friend, but why tell a dying man something 
important? (Snaps fingers)

[Rufus and several heavily armed troops walk in]

(Camera shot: Cade's POV: eyes an exhaust vent.)

Dell: Give me your weapon and we'll do this quick….

Cade: You won't get far when command comes looking for you.

Dell: You mean the democratic idiots we call our leaders? Ha, I have nothing 
to fear from them!

[Cade hands Dell his weapon]

Cade: Take him out back and make sure he dies, got it?

Rufus: Got it sir!

Cade: Oh Dell, forgot to tell ya something..

Dell: what now?

Cade: Those idiots, they knew.

(Gun explodes in Dell's hands, he screams in pain)

Dell: Damn you Cade! Kill him now!

(Cade takes one of the guard's guns, starts shooting while making his way 
towards the exhaust vent.)

(Rufus and other guards dive out of the way, return fire.)

[Outside camera shot: Cade falls out of the side of the building, gunfire 
follows.]

[Cade lands next to a vehicle resembling a humvee.]

[Cade enters the humvee and drives off just as enemy troops come outside.]

Cade: {speaking to himself} this isn't over Dell…

(Scene Change: Agent HQ)

Johnson: Well done Cade, we'll take it from here.

Cade: Sir, let me finish it!

Johnson: No, I won't let you pursue some vendetta.

Cade: But he's a traitor, let me get him sir!

Johnson: As of this moment Mr. Cade, you are relieved of mission duties.

Cade: I resign my commission, goodbye sir…. (Throws gun and comm. down 

And storms out of the room)

[Scene fades out] Subtitle: 2 months later

: Computer pops up onscreen, camera zooms in on monitor:

Onscreen: [Log Entry of A. Johnson, date, February 13th, 2004.

As of today, the Sons of Taurus, led by renegade agent Frank Dell, released a 
biochemical weapon on the east coast. Named GCAS, the weapon causes general 
arterial and cardiovascular shutdown. The G.C.A.S. weapon was released via 
several waterways along the east coast. The Result, 40,000 people dead with 
countless in critical condition. 2 Hours after the weapon was released, the 
Taurus released this statement: We, The sons of Taurus, are hereby notifying 
the international community that we indeed have intelligence of the world 
peace summit in Vienna, Austria. We are prepared to eliminate the world 
leaders if needed to get our 20,000,000,000 dollars. You have been warned.

Action taken: have conversed with Board of Agents. Board suggests that Agent 
Cade be found, reinstated and sent on mission.



{Camera shot: Cade going through the forest on a dogsled, pulled by huskies.

{ Pov shot: Cade comes out onto the lake, sees Johnson coming out of a 
helicopter.}

Cade: Oh great…

Scene Change: Inside of Cabin, modestly furnished.

Cade: Give me one reason why I should help you.

Johnson: Dell has killed our best agents so far trying to infiltrate his 
operation.

Besides, Dell trained you, so you know his mindset.

Cade: What makes you so sure I want to help? I offered to kill him before, but 
nooo, you couldn't let me.

Johnson: The World Leaders have decided otherwise.

Cade: What guarantee do I have that you won't kill me after I kill dell?

Johnson: You have my word that nothing will happen.

Cade: All right, I'll do it.

{Scene Flash: Agent HQ}



Computer Voice: You have one week to stop Dell before project Heartbreak takes 
place.  

Johnson: Also, we're sending someone to assist you in your mission, you know 
her quite well Agent Cade. I believe you once had a relationship with her…

Cade: it was purely professional sir.



Johnson: Your mission Agent Cade is to halt project heartbreak's launch and 
eliminate Agent Dell.

{Camera Change: Shot of Nightclub in L.A. named Los Diablos. Dell sitting at a 
corner table surrounded by an entourage, talking on his cell phone.}

Dell: Yes Sir, project heartbreak is going as planned. So they are sending an 
agent, well, that will be an interesting challenge. Yes Sir, I will leave for 
Belgium Immediately. Adios (slaps his phone shut,)

Dell: (opens phone again) This is Dell, where's Rufus? Get him on the phone 
now! Rufus! It's me you idiot, change of plans, get the weapon moving now. 
Why? Don't ask why, just do it! (Claps phone shut)

Dell: (To man on his right) Get the plane ready and be careful- (Phone Rings 
again) Damnit! (Opens phone) What is it now?

Soldier on Other end: Sir, sorry to bother you, uh!

{Scene flip: Soldier on phone, Cade behind him with a 9mm silenced.)

Soldier: Sir, it's him, it's (silenced gunshot) ugh!

Cade: Dell, You're next (Click)

Dell: (enraged) (tosses the phone to thug on his left) We're going now.

{Scene Change: London…}

[Cade walks into a pub, sees a cute blonde, walks over to her, sits next to 
her.]

Cade: You're still as beautiful as before.

Blonde: Thanks…(Turns around and decks Cade out of his chair.)

[Rest of Pub looks for a second, goes back to normal]

Cade: I figured you'd be mad.

Jenna: That's for leaving me when I loved you.

Cade: I had to Jenna. You being an agent, you know what it means……

Jenna: You didn't even leave me a goodbye.

Cade: Jenna…

Jenna: Let's just go over the mission specs………..

{Scene Change: Dell sitting on his private jet, enroute to Belgium. His cell 
phone goes off…}

Dell: Dell speaking.

(Person on phone talking)

Dell: You found the Agent in Britain? Kill them immediately! (Snaps phone 
shut)

Dell: Pilot, how long until we reach Belgium? 

Pilot: 2 hours sir.

Dell: Just as planned, ha……… hahaha (evil laughing)

{Scene Change: Britain, with Cade and Jenna sitting at the pub chatting}

Cade: … And that's our mission.

Jenna: Well, we better get going; our plane leaves at 3.

Cade: Roger that (a black car pulls out in front of pub, guy gets out of it, 
brandishing an assault rifle, opens fire) Jenna, hit the Deck!

{Windows of the pub are shattered, people hitting the floor, some screaming; 
Assailant outside gets back into his car and drives off}

Cade: Jenna, you all right?

Jenna: I'm fine {brushing glass off her clothes}

Cade: We've got to get him, come on!

{Cade and Jenna jump into Cade's Silver Dodge Viper, sitting in a back alley}

{They drive after the black car… Unknown assailant leans out of passenger side 
window, brandishing a 9mm. He opens fire and strafes the hood.}

Cade: damn, and this was a new coat of paint too! Jenna, take the wheel!

Jenna: What are you doing?

Cade: Keep it steady!

{Cade's car pulls up behind the enemy car and Cade jumps across over to the 
enemy car, lands on the roof}

Thug number one: Go get him!

{Thug number two sticks his body out the window to shoot Cade; Cade reaches 
down and yanks him out, thug number two rolls on the ground. Cade then swings 
into the car and knocks out the other driver; then opens up drivers door and 
drops thug number one out. Cade then pulls the car over and Jenna pulls the 
viper over. Both of them get out and walk over to the injured thug lying on 
the ground.}

{Cade picks up Thug, who is obviously injured, bleeding from his head}

Cade: Where's Dell?

Thug: 	He's in a………ugh! (Thug falls dead)

Cade: damn, that was our only lead!

{Dramatic shot: Cade looking angry, drops the body and storms off, Jenna sees 
the thugs' cell phone sitting 10 feet away}

Jenna: Mike, Come here and look at this.

{Cade walks over, examines cell phone}

Jenna: We'd better take this back to HQ, they can hack its' call tracking 
chip.

Cade: Yeah, we should, but…(takes Jenna's hand in his) I think we should catch 
up first…

Jenna: (looks at him and smiles) Always the suave one, aren't you agent Cade?

{Wipe shot closes the scene. The next scene opens with the subtitle: Somewhere 
in the Mediterranean Sea… Shot of Dell and Rufus and 2 other soldiers getting 
off a helicopter onto a tanker. A group of 20 troops greets him with salutes. 
Camera pans in as Rufus and Dell begin to talk.}

Rufus: Sir, are you sure we should move the timetable forward for operation 
heartbreak? It seems like you're worried about something sir.

Dell: Rufus, My dear boy, haven't you learned by now? If I do something, it's 
usually for a good reason. (Wraps his arm around Rufus's shoulder, Smiles) 

Rufus: I was just wondering sir.

Dell: You know Rufus; such thoughts can kill people (Unsheathes knife from 
back, stabs Rufus in the chest with it, Rufus falls over coughing) Like you. 
(Drops body)	

{Dell looks over at a soldier, muscular, intimidating looking with black hair 
and blue eyes.}

Dell: Drago, you're my second in command now, get rid of this trash and follow 
me.

Drago: Yes sir (motions to two other soldiers, who then pick up Rufus's body 
and toss it off the ship.) Sir, if I may, what do we do about the Agent?

Dell: The agent will come here and will die, simple (evil grin)

Drago: Ha, ha ha ha ha (evil laugh) {follows Dell into the door to the ship}

{Scene switch: Cade and Jenna in a hotel room. Cade sitting on the bed 
watching the television, Jenna sitting in a chair across from him to the 
left.}

Cade: Jenna, what happened between us?

Jenna: Don't you remember?

Cade: Refresh my memory

Jenna: We were in Paris together…{Scene does one of those reminiscing 
effects.}

{Establishing shot: Mike and Jenna together at a restaurant}

Cade: Jenna, I have to go.

Jenna: Why?

Cade: Frank and me got assigned to go investigate some operation in Russia, I 
should be back soon, I promise.

{Scene goes back to current scene}

Cade: Jenna, I didn't mean to leave you, I had to.

Jenna: That still doesn't make it right.

Cade: Hopefully this will change your mind. (Cade leans in and kisses Jenna; 
Jenna returns the kiss. They both start making out as camera pulls up and 
scene fades out.)

{Scene change: A carrier plane flying over the Mediterranean: Camera goes 
inside and shows Cade and Jenna in wetsuits with parachutes attached.)

(Cade signals thumbs up to jump assistant, Jenna nods, then the back of the 
plane opens and both agents jump out and parachute down.) 

{Scene Change: 2 guards on patrol of Dell's cruiser. Split screen shot of Cade 
and Jenna both dispatching the two guards, Jenna tosses her target off the 
side of the ship.} {Cade and Jenna meet at an entry into the ship}

Cade: You ready?

Jenna: Yeah, let's go.

{The two walk into the ship armed and ready, all they see is a TV with a 
camera.}

(TV comes on)

Dell: Well, well, well, looks like they sent you after me Cade? And you 
brought a friend, ha, unfortunately I'm not here right now, but this entire 
ship is my going away present to you…Goodbye, ha ha ha ha (evil laugh)

Cade: Shit! Jenna, run!

{Timer on TV counts down: 10…. 9…. 8…etc.}

(Cade and Jenna reach the end of the ship, jump/dive off as ship explodes)

(Both agents float in the water)

Cade: Now what do we do?

Jenna: I don't know.

(Voice in the distance moaning in pain)

Cade: What's that?

{They swim over; see Rufus's body floating in the water}

Rufus: ughhhh

Cade: What happened to you?

Rufus: Not a very good unemployment plan…. ugh

(Cade and Jenna swim over, scene wipes)

{Scene change: Jenna scouting the beach, signals to Cade that it's clear, Cade 
pulls Rufus' body onto the beach.}

Cade: All right, where is Dell?

Jenna: Do you know?

Rufus: He's headed for Belgium, that's where his base of operations is.

Cade: How do we know we can trust this guy?

Jenna: Cade, we have to, we have no other leads.

Cade: What will he do after Belgium? Rufus?

{Rufus stops breathing, dies}

Jenna: He helped us….

Cade: Jenna, we have to get to Belgium. (Cade and Jenna walk off, camera shot 
of Rufus lying dead on the ground, with Cade and Jenna walking in the 
background.)

{Scene change: Somewhere in Belgium}

(Scene opens on Cade and Jenna in Camo fatigues sneaking through a forest, 
coming into a clearing with a castle-like structure)

Cade: That's the objective; I'll meet you at the front gate Jenna.

Cade: Be careful Jenna.

Jenna: Ditto yourself

{Scene change to Cade sneaking through bushes, Cade steps on a stick… SNAP!}

Cade: Damn!

{Guard comes over to investigate the sound, Cade pulls him in, sounds of 
punches being landed and a thud, and then Cade comes out fully dressed as the 
guard along with a mask.}

{Scene flash: Jenna is creeping along in the forest when she sees two guards 
and dispatches them with a silenced 9-millimeter firearm. She continues on and 
almost reaches the front gate when suddenly…}

(Bushes rustle; Jenna goes to investigate)

Jenna: What the hell?

(Drago pops out of the bushes with a customized raptor)

Drago: Surprise. {Slow motion scene: We hear Jenna think to herself: Mike.)

(Next scene: Camera zooms into the gun and bullet loads, then a pull out to a 
height where audience can't see ground, then flash to Cade walking along in 
guard uniform.)

(Gunshot pierces the night silence)

Cade: Jenna, No!

(Cade starts sprinting toward the front of the base, sees guards)

Guard number one: Hey, hold up buddy! (Cade shoulder blocks him, knocks him 
out.)

Soldier number two: We have an intruder in section delta; I repeat (BLAM!) 
ughhh.

(Cade kills him)

(Cade keeps running, hides for a second while other guards go running by; then 
makes it to the front of the base.)

Cade: Jenna! Where are you!

Jenna: (weakly) Mike…

(Cade sees Jenna lying in a puddle of blood, bleeding heavily from a shot 
located at an undetermined position.)

Cade: Jenna, wake up girl, I need you here n0w.

Jenna: Mike, you've got to.. Finish the mission.

Cade: I'm not leaving you again.

Jenna: (hands Cade her boot knife) Go.

Cade: I'll be back for you Jenna. (Kisses Jenna and leaves.)

(Cade, in enemy camo, walks to the patrol guard in the front of the base 
entrance; guard stops him.)

Guard: Salute! (Guard does a salutatory gesture, Cade returns gesture) Can I 
see some ID pal? 

Cade: Sure man, here you go (Cade flips ID badge, punches out guard in the 
same motion)

{Cade walks through the entrance to the base after putting the guards body in 
a locker}

{Cade then walks into a dark corner, sheds the enemy disguise; then he brings 
out a silenced 9mm and starts to stealthily walk through the main hallway 
toward the center of the base. As Cade is walking, he hears voices and ducks 
behind a statue and crouches.}

(Dell and some troops come walking by)

Dell: How much time until weapon deployment?

Troop 1: 4 hours sir.

{Cade hears movement behind him, whips around to face an assault rifle held by 
Drago.} 

Drago: Get up, and drop the weapon.

(Cade rises slowly and puts down his 9mm)

{Scene changes to a banquet room, the room has a large medieval style table as 
well as being well lit. Cade is sitting on one end of the table with Drago 
standing behind him.}

{Dell walks in thru the front door and starts to clap, walks over to Cade.}

Dell: Well done Agent, wait, is that? Well, well, I didn't believe the video 
when I saw you on the boat. Michael Cade, my best student.

Cade: Dell, why are you doing this? This isn't your style.

Dell: What do you know about "my style", huh Cade?

Cade: Enough to know you've lost it Dell.

{Dell punches Cade across the face} 

Cade: Uh!

Dell: Why don't you join me Michael? We could be untouchable.

Cade: It'd make it that much easier for me to kill you Dell.

(Drago hits him in the back with the butt of his rifle)

Dell: Cade, you don't know what you are turning down, but, if you wanna be 
that way… {Punches Cade in the stomach, Cade bends over} Then goodbye my 
friend; Drago, take care of him!

(Drago points a gun at Cade's head, motions toward the exit of the room, an 
upstairs entryway.)

Drago: Get going!

{Dell walks off; Cade and Drago walk to the top of the base}

Drago: Now you die…

Cade: Got your aim set?

Drago: What?

(Cade throws down a flash grenade, Drago yells in pain, blinded and Cade kicks 
Drago's gun out of his hands, followed by a fight scene}

Fight, Scene 1: Cade starts punching Drago repeatedly, right hooks and 
uppercuts

Scene 2: Drago blocks a right hook and counters with a hook of his own, 
knocking Cade back.

Scene 3: Cade bounces as he lands on his feet.

Scene 4: Cade runs at Drago and tries a diving kick.

Scene 5: Drago sidesteps Cade's kick and punches him in the back and elbow 
drops his lower back, knocking Cade to the ground.

Scene 6: Cade lands on the ground and Drago tries to stomp on his head.

Scene 7: Cade rolls out of the way and a pop up with a straight kick to 
Drago's right knee and then does a low spin kick and knocks Drago down.

Scene 8: Cade picks up Drago by the front of his shirt and backhands Drago and 
as he does another, Drago blocks and does a kick into the side of Cade, 
knocking him down to his hands and knees. (Resembling a position of on all 
fours.)	

Scene 9: Drago kicks Cade in the ribs again and the force of the kick cracks 
one of Cade's ribs and makes him roll towards the edge of the building.

Scene 10: Drago gives Cade another kick to the ribs and Cade coughs blood.

Scene 11: Drago reaches down and draws a 9mm from his leg holster.

Scene 12: Drago picks up Cade and points the gun at Cade's head

Drago: This is exactly how your partner looked before I killed her, ha! 

Drago: Now you will join her.

(As Drago cocks his gun, Cade reaches down into his boot, pulls out the knife 
that Jenna gave him.)

Drago: Goodbye Cade!

(Drago is about to pull the trigger as Cade throws the boot knife into Drago's 
chest, central to his heart.)

Drago: Uh! (Starts coughing, backs off)

Action Scene 1: Cade does a thrust kick and knocks the knife even deeper into 
Drago's chest.

Scene 2: Drago falls backwards off the roof

Scene 3: Cade catches him by one hand.

Drago: Have mercy agent; pull me up!

Cade: This one's for Jenna.

Action Scene: Cade lets go of Drago's hand

Drago: (Screams) N-O-O-O-O-O!!!!!

(Loud Thud as Drago hits the ground)

(Cade holds his side, gets to his feet and says:

Cade: I've got to stop Dell!

(Sound of a helicopter lifting off)

Cade: No…

(Helicopter rises in front of Cade, Dell as the pilot)

Dell: Well, looks like I win Michael see you in Austria, HA HA HA HA!

Cade: NO! (Starts firing at Dell with his 9mm) 

(Helicopter flies off)

Cade: Damnit!

(Cade's cell phone goes off, Cade answers it)

Cade: Cade.

Johnson: Cade, did you get Dell?

Cade: no, he's enroute to Austria.

Johnson: The viper is waiting near your LZ, get it and get back to base}

Cade: Understood.

{Musical interlude mixed with scenes of Dell's shock troops killing guards at 
the peace summit and taking over the building.}

{Scene switch: Agent HQ}

(Cade walks into Johnson's office, sits down in a chair in front of Johnson's 
desk.)







(Johnson reading from a file/report, doesn't acknowledge Cade, just reads and 
starts to talk)

Johnson: Dell has completely taken over the peace summit, what do you have to 
say for yourself?

Cade: This mission isn't over yet sir. 

 Johnson: I'll put agent Stadtmeier on it; he won't fail.

Cade: No! Sir, let me finish this.

Johnson: And why should I trust you on this Cade?

Cade: You've had faith in me before when all else was lost; have confidence in 
me now sir.

Johnson: I'm taking a risk here Cade, you better succeed.

Cade: I'm gonna need some help though sir…

{Scene change to R&D department, title on door stating the same.}

{Scene, Cade standing next to his gunmetal gray Dodge viper™ talking to 
Krieger; an aging man with gray hair, heavy Scottish accent, a bit heavyset.}

Cade: Krieger, what can you give me? 

Krieger: Well, we upgraded your viper with everything you asked for, stinger 
missiles in the headlights, all your so-called "007 gear" as you say.

Cade: Good, is the strike team ready?

Johnson: The team is already set up in Austria as expected; they're just 
waiting for you.

Cade: Thank you for everything sir, I will finish this mission.

Johnson: Cade, before you go, give this to Dell for me (Hands Cade a solid 
gold bullet).

{Scene change: Vienna, Austria}

{Scene:  Cade with special forces Commandos sneaking towards the facility 
where the conference is being held.}

Cade: All right, you know what to do, move in!

{Cade and team storm the front door; large firefight scene ensues, Dell's 
troopers versus team of commandos. 50 people shooting at each other, etc.}

Cade: Move in; free the hostages and rendezvous at Point alpha!

Team leader: Ok sir, good luck to you!

Cade: Good luck to us all Captain, give me cover!

{6 commandos lay down covering fire as Cade runs up a stairway}

{Scene change: Upstairs conference room, Dell opening a briefcase and holding 
a vial with a blue tinted liquid in it. The room itself has couches and 
foliage everywhere, has an exotic feel to it, expansive and lit by ponds with 
shimmering blue water, giving the room a slightly mysterious feel.)

Dell: It's almost ready…(Dead silence)

Dell: Just come in Michael, I know it's you.

(Cade walks in from behind a curtain, 9mm at the ready) 

Dell: This tires me Michael;(Dell starts tossing vial of virus back and forth 
between his hands) shall we finish this?

Cade: Frank, put the vial down.

Dell: Michael, you're going to have to take it from me.

Cade: (Pulls out both 9 millimeters and points them at Dell.)

Dell: So be it! (Dell puts the vial down on the table, turns around and 
quickly whips out 2 raptors.)

{Action scene ensues}

Scene 1: Cade dives out of the way and rolls behind a couch as Dell unleashes 
a salvo of bullets across the room.

Scene 2: Cade pops up and returns fire, completely shredding the foliage 
adjacent to Dell.

Dell: Come and get it Cade!

Cade: Dell!!!!!!

Scene 3: Simultaneously Cade and Dell shoot each other's firearms out of 
corresponding hands.

Scene 4: Dell unsheathes a knife and advances toward Cade; Cade advances 
toward Dell slowly.

Scene 5: Dell attacks Cade with the knife and Cade dodges each swing until 
Dell slashes Cade in the side.

Scene 6: Cade grunts in pain, launches a counter attack with a right hook to 
Dell's face and a thrust kick to Dell's chest, knocking him back. Cade then 
holds his side and kneels as Dell walks over arrogantly and taunts him.

Dell: Ah, are you wounded? Ha!

Scene 7:Cade is wounded, tries to fight back, But Dell takes the advantage in 
the fight and lands a roundhouse kick to Cade's midsection, knocking Cade into 
a wall.

Scene 8: Dell picks up Cade and makes a move to insert his knife into Cade's 
chest, but Cade holds both of Dell's hands and flips him over thru a glass 
table.

Scene 9: Dell gets up, looking angry, Cade rises still wounded, followed by 
Dell shoulder rushing Cade into a wall and starts kneeing Cade in the 
midsection repeatedly. Dell then throws the weakened Cade down to the floor.

Scene 10: Dell grabs the virus, runs to an elevator and doors close as Cade 
makes it to the door. 

Scene 11: Cade looks as if hope is lost, then runs to the outer window and 
leaps through it as he freefalls from the 20th story of the building. As he 
jumps out, he says aloud, "Krieger, I hope this works, whoa!!!!!"

Scene 12: Cade's belt has a parachute deploy out of the back of the belt and 
as Cade lands, the parachute snaps off.

Scene 13: Cade lands in front of the parking garage and as he recovers, 
suddenly he sees a BMW Z3 driven by Dell coming directly at him.

Scene 14: Cade rolls out of the way

Dell: See ya later Michael, ha ha ha!

Cade: Section leader, this is Agent Cade, situation status? 

Leader: Sir, hostages recovered, enroute to alpha right now.

Cade: Good Job, get them out of here captain.

Captain: yes sir!

{Cade runs over to the viper, hops in and tears off after Dell.}

{Scene change: Far camera shot of Cade pursuing Dell along a road.}

(Car chase scene follows)

Scene 1: Dell is driving along with a grin on his face when suddenly a bullet 
ricochets near his side.

Scene 2: Dell looks in the rearview mirror and sees Cade, looks angry and 
turns around and shoots at Cade.

Dell: Die, damn you!

Scene 3: Cade returns fire and continues after Dell

Scene 4: Dell speeds along and cause traffic collisions as he goes, Cade 
follows, evading collision and staying on Dell's tail.

Scene 5: Dell takes a turn on an exit labeled: Airstrip

Scene 6: Dell speeds right through a fence onto a flight line and continues on 
towards a waiting plane getting ready to fly off.

Scene 7: Dell drives his car right up the entrance ramp into the plane as Cade 
jumps out of the Viper and into the plane as the ramp goes up.

{Scene Change: As Cade gets up, suddenly he hears a gun load and set. Cade 
looks up and sees Dell staring down at him.}

Dell: This time, you don't come back. Get up.

{Cade stands up}

Dell: Upstairs.

{Cade goes up the stairs towards the top of the plane with Dell in close.}

{Scene change: The outside of the plane.}

{The hatch to the downstairs opens up as Cade climbs out first, followed by 
Dell.}

{They both walk to the end of plane}

Dell: I'm gonna take care of this myself {flips off the safety}

Dell: Michael, you could've been my son.

Cade: Well, no thanks, dad!

{Cade does a back kick and knocks the gun away from dell's hand}

Dell: Damn, what do I have to do to kill you!

Cade: It ends now Dell.

{Dramatic final battle Scene starts}

Scene 1: Cade attacks with right jabs and left jabs, Dell blocks each shot and 
tries to uppercut Cade

Scene 2: Cade dodges the uppercut and grabs Dell's arm and twists it as he 
lands a kick to Dell's chest, knocking Dell back.

Scene 3: Dell recovers. Cade attacks with a right hook, which Dell blocks and 
knees Cade in the side, which makes Cade stumble and Dell then backhands Cade 
in the face, knocking him away.

Scene 4: Cade injured again, Dell right hooks Cade and kicks him in the side 
as Cade falls. Cade starts coughing blood again.

Scene 5: Dell starts choking Cade as Cade lies on the ground. (Sleeper hold)

Dell: Die, Cade, Die!

Scene 6: Just when it seems Cade is going to be choked out, he reverse head-
butts Dell.

Scene 7: Cade tries to catch his breath back from the choke Dell had on him as 
Dell convalesces from the head butt.

Scene 8: Cade rises up; Dell rises up, Dell bleeding from the mouth, Cade 
bleeding from the mouth as well.

Scene 9: Cade tries a last punch in desperation as if reaching to try to hit 
Dell.

Scene 10: Dell sidesteps Cade and elbows him in the back; Cade hits the floor.

Scene 11: Dell stands straight and looks down at Cade.

Dell: It's a pity that you couldn't do better. 

Dell: Well Michael, I'm sorry it has to end this way, well; actually, I'm 
finally getting rid of you, ha ha ha ha!

Scene 12: As Dell stands laughing, Cade loads the bullet that Johnson gave him 
into the gun that he snatched when Dell elbowed him to the floor.

Dell: Goodbye Michael, (Dell reaches behind and grabs air, expecting to grab 
his gun, turns around in surprise to see Cade with his Raptor in hand.)

Cade: Goodbye Frank (Cade fires the Raptor, the bullet impacts in Dell's chest 
and the force of the shot takes Dell off the edge of the plane.)

{Dramatic shot: Dell's face in shock as he falls off the plane}

Dell: Aaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!! (Dell disappears out of sight.)

{Cade walks to the hatch, opens it, and climbs into the plane.}

Pilot: Did ya get him Boss?

{Cade walks into the cockpit}

Cade: Yeah

{Pilot turns around in shock as Cade slams his head into the control panel.}

(Cade throws pilot down steps behind him)

{Cade hears clinking of glass behind, turns around to see a huge shipment of 
the virus, enough to infect the rest of the world.}

Cade: There's only one way to get rid of this…

{Outside shot: Plane diving at extremely fast rate towards water}

{Shot continues as plane gets closer and closer, then suddenly flashes to 
agent HQ with Johnson and Krieger watching Cade's tracking beacon until it 
suddenly disappears.}

Johnson: What? What the hell happened?

Technician: Sir, we've lost Agent Cade's signal

Johnson: Send a search crew to the crash site to make sure the virus was 
eliminated.

Technician: Yes sir.

{Johnson and Krieger looking sad}

Subtitle: 2 weeks later

{Scene: Agent HQ, Johnson sitting in his office}

(Desk phone rings)

Johnson: Johnson… What? Where are you?

{Scene changes}

{Subtitle: Somewhere in Canada. Location: Jericho's Bar.}

{Scene inside: Cade has a five o clock shadow and is sitting in a black tee 
shirt and jeans; sitting at the bar talking on his phone.}

Cade: Johnson, I'm going now, but know one thing; if you ever need me for a 
mission, you know where to find me.

{Scene flash}

Johnson: Cade, wait! (Phone hangs up) Ah! 

{Scene change}

(Cade back in the bar in Canada, he's sitting with a grin on his face. He 
hangs up his cell phone)

{Cade sits on the stool and looks up at the TV}

{On TV: In other news today, the cause of the thousands of deaths in the 
northeast last year was finally determined to be one of the worst cases of 
west Nile virus in history. Now it's on to the weather with Bill Jackson, 
Bill?

{TV drowns into background noise}

Cade: Heh, they covered it up, I'll be…

{Bartender walks over to Cade}

Bartender: What'll you have buddy?

Cade: I'll have a Stinger, on the rocks

Unknown female voice: Better make that two…

{Cade turns around and sees Jenna standing there in jeans and a leather 
jacket.}

Cade: What? But, how? You…

Jenna: I'm here; Get over it (grin forms on her face)

Cade: damn, girl…(Cade pulls Jenna in, they start kissing as the camera pans 
up and out of the bar into the sky)

{Credits Roll}
