I was working as a reader that year and actually remember reading this script. It stands out because I said in my coverage that only Gilliam would be brave enough to tackle the damn thing. After Ledger's death I went back and looked at my coverage and noticed if you switch the names up you get Terry Gilliam and Charles McKeown - the author of Baron Munchausen (sic?) and Brasil. Coincidence? I think not. I’ll confirm that this is the Imaginarium from 2007. I was working as a reader that year and actually remember reading this script.
