Serenity script – compare and contrast

Thanks to David for the heads up a couple of versions of Serenity. From PDFscreenplays we have a pre April 18, 2004 “kitchen sink” draft. Word is that Joss Whedon threw in everything in this draft which clocks in at 190 pages! As a general rule of thumb (very general) you get one minute of screentime per page. This would have been a three hour movie. From Sci Fi Scripts you can read a later draft dated April 18, 2004 which clocks in at a more reasonable 120 pages. What got left in? What got taken out? Head over to the Movie Scripts page and compare and contrast. – Don
