I'm greatly enjoying Shadowmagic. It is brilliant on so many levels. It is a great adventure story and I enjoy picking out pieces of what I know of Irish myth and legend. Also, I'm currently throwing the juvenile fiction of Robert Heinlein, John Christopher and John Wyndham at my eleven year old son. Next car trip I'm going to crank up the first chapter of Shadowmagic. If a murderous aunt on horseback doesn't get him engaged I don't know what will.
